Man, I came here for something cool since its warming up. I got a tiny bit of yogurt but mostly fruit… $ 7.50?! Oh man. I had to check myself. I will never come back unless they have a special. That price is ridiculous! I could’ve got a whole lot more from the fruit man for that freaken price. I can’t with this place anymore. Time for a mom n pop spot since I’m spending that kind of cash on a snack! I could’ve gotten a WHOLE meal somewhere at a fast food join for that money. I know it’s by weight, but come on now… That’s just too much.

Honestly. This place WAS5 starts until they brought their new offer with the tiny cup for 4 dollars. It’s half the size it use to be for a dollar more and to be frank, the $ 5 deal was the reason I use to go often. I guess the Tuesday fame got to the owners head. Oh well. I’d rather go to baskin robins each Tuesday instead. each scoop is $ 1 at participating locations

As of 03/01/2016 What a disappointment!!! $ 5 Tuesday’s are gone! They’re replaced the large size cup with a tiny 8 oz one for $ 3.99??? What a joke had he cup size for a $ 1 less. Cup is too small to fit your toppings it’s purely for fro yo. To top it off 2 X large cups were previously $ 4.50 each. The small cup is hardly worth $ 2.50. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to Menchis on Tuesdays. Aside from that prices have gone up too far for my tastes. What was once a great place is now a below average ! Boooooooo

Menchie’s is always on the next level of frozen yogurt with their heated toppings and cutting-edge flavors. My mom and I went to Menchie’s for a treat. I had the s’more flavor with some fruit and chocolate chips, so delicious. My mom is a huge fan of the fresh fruits especially. When we walked in I felt kind of dizzy from the heat outside sunday afternoon. The girl upfront noticed right away and offered a cup of water and pulled a chair after seeing how I was in distress. How sweet was that? After I had some water, my mom and I went about getting our froyo and then thanking her! It’s such a small detail, but it’s the type of customer service I don’t see often. Thanks Menchie’s!

Yogurt was just ok. Nothing amazing. It actually was a lil runny. I like my frozen yogurt COLD.

Its been a couple years since I have been here, since I was out of the state, but I can say, Menchies beats the competition, best yogurt and toppings! The only thing was that several of their flavors were slow to come out. 2 flavors were missing, the Milk chocolate was miniscule, I managed to mucle out an itty bitty dollop, and that was it, booooooo. It was $ 14.99 for 2 regular sized yogurts with a few toppings, whoa! Prices definitely went up! Even so, that’s to be expected. I will be back but will be more mindful of how much is in my cup. I did taste the Dole pineapple and watermelon sorbet both were very good!

i used to love this place but now its terrible. they raised the prices! BEWARE no more tuesday deal. they give you these tiny cups for 4 dollars lol i can almost get the same amount in 4 tasting cups hahah it joke. i hope they notice the drop off of customers just for this reason they dont get new flavors very often and also run out of topping all the time

They have a pretty good selection of froyo, and a lot of toppings. I tried the dole whip today eh it wasn’t as good as the kind they serve at Dland of course but it was good! Minus one star because it’s hit or miss with the toppings. Sometimes I come in and the brownie topping and other baked goodies are a little bit hard. I wish there was a way to test them out before I put them in the mix lol

Good selection of tasty flavors and toppings; friendly staff, what more can you want from a frozen yogurt store. It would definitely warrant a five star rating(I’d like to be able to give them a 4 ½ star) if it could set it self apart from other ‘make your own mix’ yogurt shops. The only minor shortcoming would be that their best topping(a Hershey’s version of magic shell) is not always available. Otherwise, the toppings variety is big and the fresh fruits always seem fresh. Pro tip: Tuesdays is $ 5 cup day($ 9 for two), whatever you put in it is $ 5. I fill my cup high, so it works out to about ½ price(your results may vary). I would like to see recycling bins replace the trash cans.

booooo… we have been big fans since they opened… but lately it seems like the love, care, and attention is just not as it use to be. Most of time, they r out of one flavor(and this was last night when it was freezing outside. so no big crowds) and other machines are crystallizing or runny yogurt. tastes yucky.

The best frozen yogurt! I love this place! The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. However, I need to especially praise Marisa as she has excellent customer skills. She always has a pleasant demeanor and makes my visit to the store even better.

I love froyo! I had never heard if this franchise before, but now I go here all the time! They have really good selections, I have tried their pineapple and it is amazing! The prices are pretty reasonable and usually when I go it’s not that busy so I’m in and out. They also have very fresh fruit and other great toppings. Customer service here is always welcoming so give it a try!

This place is still good. I got over the no water, the deals here are to good to hold a grudge. Check the freezer, they often have greats deals on prepackaged yogurts.

So tonight I went in to get frozen yogurt for my family. I was buying three, but I had a buy one get one free coupon. So when I went to pay, I wasn’t really thinking too much and it wasn’t until afterwards when I had looked at the receipt that I had realized the wrong cup was discounted. So I went up to the cashier, and I said I wanted to do two separate transactions because it just didn’t make sense to have the one that was discounted be the«discounted» one. I just wish the lady had told me something before I had paid, it was one of those things where I wanted to go in and out. I mean you just expect people to have the courtesy to not swindle you out of your money. But I guess, I should know better. However, the lady said there was nothing they could do since I hadn’t paid cash. Wow, really? Okay then. I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do, but my review just went from 5 stars to 1.

I’ve been to a lot of froyo places but this one is my favorite. When you walk in you are greeted with a nice«Hi! Welcome to Menchies!» You grab a cup and start creating your mix. They offer small sample cups so you can taste the flavors before deciding what you like. I prefer the flavors here compared to some of the other nearby yogurt places. The yogurt is always cold and flows smoothly from the machines and is never runny. The toppings bar has a great selection and is very clean(it can get a little messy when the places is crowded). I’ve been here when it’s crowded and when it isn’t. It’s definitely a lot more enjoyable experience when there is less of a crowd. I recommend avoiding after-school hours and weekends, there are more families and children present at those times(can be a little loud and annoying). Mix, Weigh, Pay $ 0.46 + Tax Per Oz. Join the Menchie’s mysmilage program to get points for the dollars you spend. I like the cool spoons you get with the swirly mascot at the top. They comes in two colors: pink and green. During the winter-time they had a yogurt cup that changed colors when it got cold from being filled with yogurt. My favorite flavor is the honeydew sorbet, but I believe that is a summer time offering.

I enjoy coming to this frozen yogurt place because it’s never too crowded whenever I go! I hate when there’s too many people and I can’t take my time in sampling and deciding what I want. I like how they have sample cups out for you take and try the new flavors. They also have waffle cups available freshly made. The workers have always been super nice and helpful every time. Tables are usually always clean and wiped down right after patrons leave.
