She is a good doctor and knowledgeable, but she always comes late more than you expected. I believe, that you have to value other people’s time. I always come earlier than my appointment time, so I can check in early. Everytime I come early, I always have to wait 3 hours to be seen. My appointment with her was 9:00 am, she came at 11:30 am from her house, so I waited until 12:15 pm to be checked and I was the second patient who came early that day.
She has been my doctor for more than 2 years and been seeing her in the morning appointment. I had visited her more than 4 times, I dont think this is fair that she has been late all the time. Block off your whole days when you go want to see her, so you wont miss your other appointments.

Dr. Susan Lim is my parents’ family Doctor since 09 2013. Dr. Lim is super nice, kind, very knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate in seeing her patients. She is very patient and always spends time listening to the patient and the patient’s family to make sure she gets everything in detail. Basically she spends 30 minutes in seeing every patient and she never rushes them. When my mom saw her for a lump in the breast, Dr. Lim was experienced enough to know it was something wrong by touching it. After the report of mammogram was delivered, Maria called us immediately on Saturday and arranged my mom to see Dr. Lim the next Monday. Dr. Lim referred my mom to see a surgeon ASAP. Aileen was very prompt in doing the referral authorization for my mom. She called the surgeon’s office and gave them my mom’s info so that my mom could get to see Dr. David Chu promptly. Thanks to Dr. Lim and her staff, my mom got to see Dr. Chu and get the surgery done within 10 days. She recovered very well in the past one year. Dr. Lim, thank you so much for your excellent service! According to the experience of my family, you and your staff absolutely deserve a 5 star rating!

I’ve been to this office two years in a row and this year I’ve decided to change doctors. Reason? The first year I came here was because it was convenient and close to home. That first visit I waited for about an hour or so in the lobby. I had one of the first appointments but the doc wasn’t in timely. I had my annual done which she did do a pretty good job I guess. The next year I went back hoping for a more timely appt. I waited an hour in the lobby and another hour and a half in the room… She was running late again! Giving maybe she had an emergency which needed her attention… But the nurse should have let me know and rescheduled! So with that all said… She’s a really nice doc but if you are pressed for time… You may want to reconsider.
