Fantastic service. No BS about the cost straightforward with the charges. They arrived quicker than they even told me to expect. My dog was locked in the car. The local sheriff wouldn’t help unlock the car. He did call the fire department and the dog was in the car for an hour and a half because I was waiting them to respond. Finally I just called Pop-A-Lock they were quick, efficient and inexpensive. Thank you pop a lock!

I’ve used Pop A Lock twice. Once I was driving a business car, parked it in a public parking garage. I got out for a minute, the door closed. It locked and the car was still RUNNING! I Called Pop A Lock. They came in 20 minutes, opened the car in 2.5 minutes. Great. Took longer to write up the receipt. Well today, I have a storage shed that though I looked and looked I had lost the key. I remembered Pop A Lock! The guy called before he arrived, was dressed in a Pop A Lock shirt and in 2.5 minutes opened the lock on my shed. Fabulous! Again it took more time to write up the paper work. Great job! They have gone up though. It was $ 65.

I have never written a review like this before, but I felt like this company deserved a great one! I was locked out of my car and had used google to find a locksmith. All the ads were fake. It would say $ 15 or 15 min. When I called they said they couldn’t give me a price. I had to pay them to come out to give me one. Real fishy. Then on Unilocal I found POP-A-LOCK. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and said someone would be at my car in less than 30 min and was only $ 40. Total! A very nice man arrived, sooner than estimate. He had an ID(George) and was in uniform. He unlocked my Honda accord in less than a minute. Charged exactly what I was quoted. I could not have had better service! Thank you so much George and pop-a-lock! U r a life saver and I recommend this company to everyone who is stranded and locked out, and needs an honest locksmith company!!!

I would NOT recommend Pop-a-lock to anyone! I initially called them to have someone help me get my keys out of my locked car. After calling them, I had someone say they may be able to help me so I immediately called them 2 minutes later cancelling the request. After not being able to get my car unlocked through the help of my friend, I called them back to have someone come out and resolve the issue for me. The dispatcher said they will send someone out in the next 30 minutes. So one of the tech that was on-duty in the area calls me and advised me to «look for another locksmith company» b/c he was«halfway» there when I cancelled the request and just hung up on me. So I gave the jerk a call back and told him there was no way he was«halfway» there when I cancelled the request within only 2 minutes and the tech was suppose to call me to confirm that he’s on his way. However, this jerk off did not even bother giving me a call prior to making it «halfway» there. The tech was just pure LAZY and highly UNPROFESSIONAL. To have the balls to call me telling me to find another locksmith to help me with the situation was just uncalled for!

Called AAA. They sent out a guy that didn’t have the correct tools and wasn’t well-trained. He couldn’t open our rental car door. We called Pop-A-Lock and they sent out a guy who also wasn’t well-trained and didn’t have the tools needed. I called them back and the dispatcher said she’d send a «real» locksmith that knows what he’s doing. 10 minutes later the guy shows up and a couple of minutes after that our car was unlocked. The people were all friendly and quick to respond, and it was only $ 45.
