The worst company EVER overall!!! Thieves. Incorrectly installed windows. Did not fix the problems. Windows are leaking. Do NOT buy Pella. Representative was rude. Terrible.

I need to get replacement parts for my Pella sliding screen door. The first time I called, I waited 10 minutes on hold before speaking to somebody. They were patient and helpful. I ordered 3 parts and double checked what I ordered with her. I received 3 parts. Unfortunately, 2 of them were the same and missing one. It also took over 2 weeks to get the parts.
I needed to call back to get the other part ordered. I called at 11am on a Tuesday and waited 20 minutes before giving up.
