This is a Home Depot. No matter where you go, Home Depot’s usually stay about the same. So, for that matter, it’s a great place to go when you need stuff that you would go to Home Depot for. So now you’re thinking, «hey, Jason H? Why only three stars?» Well, also like almost every other Home Depot on the planet, you’ll find that you have the worst time trying to find somebody to assist you. You will see them, periodically, in their orange smocks. But typically you see them from a distance. You’re standing next to the weed and insect killers and they’re standing next to the bin of sheet rock remnants. Usually in clusters. Clusters of two to four. All talking to each other. Oblivious to any customers around them. And, you find that they’re so far away that you feel that by the time you got down there to get their attention, they would have already moved on. Likely, to go take their 15 minute break in back. So, you search the aisles around you. And after 10 minutes of searching you find that there is no one there. By that time, you decide just to go back to the original cluster of four only to find they are now gone. You get down to the other end of the store and you look around for the original four, and they’re nowhere to be found. Then as you turn around you see a completely different cluster of three. Standing, sadly, next to the weed and insect killers. Wood I go back?(See how I did that?) Yes, I would go back. It’s Home Depot. You always go there twice whenever you need something.

We purchased a refrigerator in February and scheduled the delivery for March. Everything went well with the delivery time and the setup. Later that day my wife noticed that the French doors weren’t flush so we called the number provided to us from the delivery people. I called and explained the problem and they scheduled someone to come out to evaluate in a couple of days. The repair techs arrived two days after the deliver, and after they attempted to adjust the doors, he determined that it was a defect and advised me to call Home Depot. When I spoke to the HD representative, I was told that there was nothing he could do because 48 hours had passed since delivery and that I had to contact fridgidaire. What horrible customer service. I contacted them the same day, but they couldn’t send anyone out until three days later. Dealing with fridgidaire to have it replaced was the worst experience ever. I finally got a replacement in July. Needless to say, neither I nor my company will shop at HD anywhere in this country again.
