I was told it would take 60 minutes for the tow truck. It took 90 minutes. When the driver arrived he had a female companion in the truck with him. I was told it was $ 40 for the tow. When I checked my credit card statement they charged me $ 40. Apparently, there is a $ 10 fee for using a credit card. Oops! The driver never mentioned that! Stay clear of this tow company. After reading other reviews, it seems that they are notoriously late and a little shady.

They get one star for having a great sense of irony in selecting their name. Our experience with On Time Towing was due to needing our vehicle towed from an oil change/tire place to the automobile dealership for repair(s). On Time towing provided an ETA of 2:38 at 1:34 pm. I called the tire place and the dealership just after 3 pm to verify that the car had been picked up and/or dropped off, as I hadn’t received any information, and was informed that the vehicle was still located at the tire place. Fast forward to 3:21 pm and I get a text message from On Time Towing. Surprise! On Time towing was running late. New ETA of 4:25 pm. With rush hour traffic and the dealership closing at 5pm, there was no point in calling for updates from KIA until the next morning. The following morning I call KIA and ask for an update on my vehicle. They inform me they haven’t received the vehicle. I call the tire place and they inform me the vehicle is gone, but that they still have the keys. Turns out the braintrust at On Time Towing was apparently too flustered after arriving approximately two hours late to bother obtaining the keys to the vehicle. They were then too overcome with guilt and remorse that they were unable to inform KIA, the roadside assistance company, or me that they had dropped my car off. They were kind enough to offer to send someone over to the tire place to pick up the keys and deliver them to KIA. Unfortunately, they must have been fearful of committing a similar mistake and decided to abandon those plans of providing service to their customer as the keys were still at the tire place that evening shortly before 7 pm. My wife and I went ahead and picked them up and drove them to the dealership. These guys are clowshoes. Albeit clowns with sad faces.

I was told I had less than an hour wait for a tow. I waited by my car for 90 minutes before calling to see where my tow was. My call went to voice-mail and was not returned, twice. I tried calling Geico roadside(since they linked me to this tow company), and they said the truck was called to an accident. The responder said it would be there in another 10 minutes. After waiting another 30, I got a call from the tow truck saying it would be an additional 30 minutes… I wasted 2 and a half hours waiting for this nonsense. The first ETA of 60 minutes was ridiculous to begin with considering I’m only 3 miles from westtown road. I could have saved my evening plans if even the slightest effort in communication was made. This is possibly the most ironically named tow company ever.

They came when they said they would and the car just needed a jump always kept in contact, superb towing.
