As far as the food is concerned, they have great cheesesteaks, subs, and sandwiches. The portions are large and everything tastes great. The issue with this place is the service. I have found the staff to be rude and abrupt at times. God forbid you order delivery, it usually takes well over an hour to get your food. The establishment also seemed somewhat dingy and unclean.

Huge. No not the restaurant. The slices. HUGE! And for 3 bucks they are a great buy. I can handle pizza and I can’t do more than 1 slice. In South Philly Lorenzos is dirty and you have to have cash. WC version is clean just as good and they take cards. Great addition to WC.

Friendly staff and the BEST cheesesteaks in the area! Lorenzo’s is the only place we go for cheesesteaks now. Excellent!!!

Absolute BEST cheesesteak I have ever had. You get a lot of steak for the price, and it really is incredible. Growing up in Philadelphia, I know a great steak, and Lorenzo’s is the place to go for one!

Best cheesesteak in West Chester! I’m a huge fan of Dalessandros and I have to say this ranks up there with them and Jim’s. I’m a West Chester resident and will always go to Lorenzo’s! Staff was also very friendly and prompt. Keep it up guys!

Kind of expensive for the value. Atmosphere inside is strange. I probably will not visit again. No seating inside.

Stopped in tonight to order 3 cheesesteaks 2 with fried onions and one without. The cheese steaks were remarkably good. The flavor of the meat with cheese and onions was very flavorful. We ordered a side of fries to be extra crispy but we’re not, that’s the only complaint I have is about the fries. This is good establishment and you know they been around long to provide quality and quantity. From Hoagies to Steaks it’s a good place to come by.

Huge sandwiches with tons of meat but I think most people would trade a little bit of meat for better quality.

The supposed heavyweight champion of West Chester cheesesteaks was easy to find. I was surprised there in no seating in the place. Was greeted by a friendly employee who took my order — pizza steak, fried onions. Figured I’d see how they perform my go to favorite. Took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich. As I waited I could hear the chopping of steak on the grill. Personally I enjoy the steak not chopped as chopped covers a multitude of sins. I also watched another employee separating the raw steak they use which looked lean. Their steak(and hoagies) are famous for how much meat they use. It’s ridiculous how stuffed with meat this sandwich was. You pay more but get more. It tasted good. Got a bite or two of gristle. The roll was ok. Still for my money the best tasting cheesesteaks in this area are Westtown Meat Market and The Pepper Mill.

The cheesesteak hoagies here are very large for the price The mini size is like, normal sandwich size, the next size is 2 meals for a normal person and the large size will feed a family of four or provide 2 meals for a 300-pound football player. They are also very heavy on the meat. If you like a high meat-to-bread and meat-to-cheese ratio, you will love these. I thought they were good but next time will request extra cheese wiz because the regular amount gets lost in the meat. You may need a fork to eat it because the amount of meat literally collapsed my entire roll and I thought for a minute they forgot to put the bottom bread on. They didn’t, the massive amount of greasy meat just made the whole thing go flat. Not quite as good as Jim’s, but Jim’s is a 1 – 2 hour drive away with dubious parking, while Lorenzo’s is 5 minutes away and you will likely be able to find a spot because it’s not smack in the middle of the downtown. Lorenzo’s thus wins.

I had a cheesesteak craving the other night so we ordered takeout from here. It was great — I ordered a «small» which turned out to be a foot long and they did NOT skimp on steak, cheese, or fried onions. In addition the prices were reasonable, the guy on the phone was nice, and my order was hot and ready to go when I arrived. I’ll definitely be back — next time I’ll probably try a hoagie as they are supposed to be similarly huge and tasty. Glad to see you can get a good cheesesteak in WC after all.

To be honest I was afraid to try a cheesesteak here. I’ve gotten picky after having a diet consisting of Dellasandro’s, Jim’s, and Ishkabibbles. I however thought it was pretty good. I accidentally ordered the 22″ since I kept saying a foot long and the person on the phone confirmed with«a large right?». They weren’t kidding large. That thing was the size of my leg. I got it the way I usually do — whiz wit. The bread was nice and soft and the meat portion was good. The meat was of decent quality and I got through about 17″ of it until I couldn’t move anymore. A good cheesesteak is around 9 bucks a foot nowadays so I thought the price was fair. I will be back.

I love this place. I go every time I’m in town. I bring hoagies back to CT so my friends know what a real sandwich is. Crazy amounts of delicious meat and very reasonably priced.

Great food, large portions(even though they’ve gotten smaller over the years), but awful customer service. Been going here since I was kid and this was my favorite cheese steak place but I debate about going to a business with rude employees. If your going to order make sure to do it online to avoid the attitude.

Bottom-line, you can’t beat this place in West Chester. Best hoagie in the area, and when I say that, I mean the entire area(including Philly). You can’t beat the sheer amount of food that you get from this place. The prices are awesome too. I’ve read that the delivery times aren’t that great, but I’ve always picked up. The staff is generally friendly/what I would expect from a hoagie shop. You won’t be disappointed.

The subs are pretty good here. They give you so much meat that you can take some off and make another sandwich with it. I’ve looked everywhere in west Chester and this is the best sub place I could find.

When I lived in West Chester, this was my go to spot for food. The prices are great considering the size of the sandwiches. The first time I ordered from them I got a large buffalo chicken cheese steak. I didn’t realize just how big it would be… fed me for 2 days. The hoagies are huge too, I recommend getting a regular sized anything unless you are super hungry or if gluttony hasn’t been checked off of your 7 deadly sins list. They are very helpful too, even though it’s not on the menu, they made a flounder hoagie for me. The food isn’t the best, but it’s pretty darned good.
