Hello, I found online and purchased a G4-RTA16D1DVR system from this company. I asked for second day shipping and they promised me a $ 112 shipping cost over the phone. I also received, via email attachment, an invoice showing $ 112, but when I reviewed the shipping receipt that came with the box, the shipping cost was $ 126. I called back and requested a refund for the difference of $ 14 but the owner, Linda Spradlin, was so upset about my request that she went off on me saying cheap, unprofessional things over the phone. She said that she does not have time for me. What kind of business woman has no time for her customers? Here are the actual words that she sent via email to her salesperson; she has no idea I was included in the email. «Are you even friggin kidding me!» «Tell him it cost more to his zip code. and to leave & never come back w/his 14.00!» This is no way to treat a customer. I expected a higher standard of customer service from this company but it turned out not to be the case. She demanded that I send the product back in 5 days. She has proven herself to be un-trustworthy and a very poor business woman. I just wanted to share my horrible experience with this company and notify potential customers that the owner does not care about her customers or customer service.
