I would have given this place 5 stars because the food is so good. However, you pay the money and expect your favorite meal from Amore and they forget something or make it differently. I love love love the buffalo chicken pizza, but half the time they forget the buffalo sauce or the blue cheese dipping sauce or refuse to put crispy chicken on saying they only offer grilled(even though the menu says you have a choice of both). I’ve had guests over bragging of the pizza and they’ve botched it. I’ve spent too much hard earned money just to get a pizza different from the menu discription. Sadly, I have to boycott for this reason, but I will miss the idea of how awesome the pizza could be.

I have never tasted pizza so good in my life before. Amore doesn’t slack with the toppings. I eat my pizzas folded, and I couldn’t even do that with amore ‘s slices! Loaded with toppings. I would have given them 5 stars had they actually paid attention to my delivery instructions. I clearly said NOT to knock on the door because it was not my house and they still did. Probably woke up my friends’ family members. Extremely rude.

If you’re like me, 80% of the time you order from a casual dining/take out pizzeria, you order a pizza or two. Maybe a fun side of fries or onion rings if you’re really splurging… So this is what my 5 star review is based on… the pizza… just the pizza… not GrubHub, delivery, the 5 seconds of customer service when picking it up, or how the other entrees stack up to your last hipster Italian food tour. 5 Stars for having the best NY style pizzeria pizza in the West Chester area. In case you’re dying to hear my story… I moved here in 2013 and have ordered pizza from just about any place within a 10 mile radius of West Goshen. For a long while we stayed with America’s Pie and Las Vegas Pizza(both are still great), but Amore topped them all. It’s the flavor of the sauce, consistency of a good crust, and always comes with an artery clogging cup of garlic-butter-sauce transforming an otherwise boring crust into a delightful breadstick. I have dined in here just a few times and have actually found the service to be quite stellar. So take that for what it’s worth. Oh and the extras like onion rings, fries, and wings are par for the course. For negatives — the location is inconvenient if you’re outside the downtown area. Parking can be annoying sometimes, although most of the time there’s a spot on High Street… worst case scenario there’s extra parking behind the building. To me, the extra 10 minutes is worth it. Also it’s in the middle of collegetown, and those kids always«be throwin’ shade» when I shuffle in with my Third Eye Blind T-Shirt and sweat pants… such haters. Ok… so if you’re looking for your go-to Friday night pie, give Amore a shot. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered their special pizza-best pizza I have ever had-really. The crust was perfectly cooked, really tasted great!!! Lots of toppings and real cheese.

Amore’s is good for when you want fattening food. Their pizza and fat boy sandwiches, fries and all other things that are bad for you are delicious. However, considering they are a pizza place they don’t do many specialty things well. Their salads are decent, but anything above that complexity is not too great. That being said, definitely come here if you’re in the mood for a good pizza or delicious sandwiches!

Usually LOVE salads from here. Last week ordered baby spinach salad, delicious and all topping laid out in nice rows on top of the greens. This time, NOEGG and everything thrown in haphazardly into a huge mess. Disappointed in the extreme of quality from last time compared to this time. Employees should probably be evaluated.

I would have to say that I’m very happy with Amore’s. I have been ordering delivery from them for a long time now and I have never had an issue with them. They deserve a good review. The only few things I would say are that it takes at least an hour for them to deliver your food, and it can be frustrating when they run out of some stock food items. Other than that, their customers service is great and I have never had a person issue with them.

I ordered pizza via GrubHub and was tentative to do so, based off of the reviews, but I bit the bullet. Geez. I wish I had never ordered pizza from here. I called and asked the girl who works there if the jalapenos were pickled or fresh. She told me they were fresh. Well… my pizza got here and they were pickled. Fine. Lie to me. Cool. I would’ve been alright with that if it wasn’t for the fact that all of the other toppings on the pizza did not taste fresh. The feta cheese was thrown on. It wasn’t even baked with the pizza. I picked up a slice and every single topping tumbled off. People who make GOOD pizza with extra specialty cheese on orders should know how to bake it in. What a waste of my cheat day.

We were told this was one of the best pizza places in our area. It definitely impressed us– both in the food and the staff! We asked about some of the menu items because it was our first time and the girl was great to explain them. She even hit us up with amazing garlic knots on the house as a welcome to the area! We ordered delivery the next day for our movers. Thanks Amore!

Amore’s pizza is solid. The crust isn’t bad, and the ingredients are good too, but it doesn’t stand out as pizza you’d keep going back for unless you’re looking for something cheap because you’re in college or are catering a party. That’s not a bad thing; the pizza is good, it just doesn’t strike you as memorable. I probably couldn’t pick it out from a crowd of similar pizzas.

This place is hit or miss. I’ve had some great experiences, but tonight was a definite MISS. Ordered the cheese ravioli entrée. You have a choice of marinara, Alfredo, or blush sauce. I chose the blush sauce. The ravioli itself was a bit tough/chewy. The filling was actually really flavorful and tasty. The sauce however, had a good taste to it. That’s the tablespoon worth of sauce that was actually on the ravioli. It was definitely made with or heated up with oil. I mean is this real? Anyway I’ll stick to sandwiches from this place pizza is decent too.

Updated review: What a shame. This place has really gone downhill. I no longer go here because the pizza is usually burnt and dried out to the point of not even wanting to waste the calories. America’s Pie is the only decent place in West Chester for pizza.

Waited 2HOURS for a delivery from Amore to Goshen. All that I ordered was a milkshake and fries, I would NOT go here ever, I’d rather walk somewhere else in the FREEZINGCOLD than ever going here again.

Worst service ever! I’m been to my fair share of bad pizza places but I’ve never seen one as horrible as this in terms of consistency with service. First time I was here I had the emperors choice panini which was great. Second time I called up ahead of time for a large pizza and fries and by the time I got there 30 mins later wasn’t ready. Granted they told me they’re just waiting on the pizza. I waited another 30 mins and noted that they were not even that busy, every so often their would be a small group of 3 – 4 people but that’s all. I went up to ask them what was going on and they had no clue and just gave me a blank stare as if I was crazy and 20 mins later they gave me a cold pizza and cold soggy fries. I am appalled with their abysmal service, no apologies were made nor a refund. I doubt I will ever return here but did keep the receipt with the name of the person who took my order in the event I ever have a change of heart. But as my position stands I won’t be coming back anytime soon, same with anyone I know and I highly recommend never calling them up ahead of time with your order.

I have never eaten in the restaurant, so I cannot speak to that. I have ordered delivery a few times. It has never been good. The only reason I have ordered more than once is because they make it easy with a good website that will accept CC’s. The last time I ordered will be the last. An hour after I placed my order(I know the time because the website keeps you updated) I received a phone call from an Amore employee who sounded like a Kardashian, «Hiiiii, this is so and so from Amoreeeee, do you still want your orderrrrr cause weeee, like forgot?» Lame. No apologies. Attention West Chester restaurants, improve your websites.
