D’ Ramona’s Beauty Salon

Very rude. Came here three times, this being my last. One lady started doing my hair then send another to continue, then after 1 hour under the dryer I sat for 20 mins only for the hair stylist to put me back under the dryer because «I have a lot of hair» was her excuse, but the real reason was so she can attend her friend who came in after me. Then when she noticed I was upset she sent another Lady to straighten my hair. The other Lady starts saying in Spanish, right in my face, «these girls are lucky that I’m nice» like excuse me I did ask you to come and take over anyone else’s job. In fact, as she walked toward me I was already considering taking the rollers off myself and leaving. Just because I’m not here trying to make friends with everyone doesn’t mean I don’t understand everything that’s being said. I will definitely pass on the word to my neighbors and friends. Honestly if I can custom my rating I would not give a star at all I wish Unilocal had a thumbs down button. I thought the first two times I was here the reason why I was given less than exceptional service was because it was a little busy, but I think three times clarifies it for me that I should not be spending my money where I’m not gonna be taken care of and respected.

Typical dominican beauty salon that gives a great hair wash and blow dry style. But warning one stylist is VERY heavy handed when blow drying hair.
Overall, service is decent.
