I came here for breakfast. The baked western omelet was perfect. All their omelets are baked. I will return again just for another. Home fries were tasty and cooked right. So often breakfast restaurants serve them way undercooked. Good service.

I’ve been here twice now. Came on a recommendation from my brother. Food is awesome. Best burgers ever! Friendly staff and the place is clean. Will be coming back for sure.

We basically come here once a week because we know that we won’t be disappointed. There is never a wait for a table, the home-fries are beyond amazing and those monster burgers are insanely delicious. I would recommend the Hash as I typically get it with every meal!

Had the eggs rockafella, and it was delicious. I don’t generally give a restaurant 5 stars unless it blows my mind. That being said, this place was great, not mind blowing but a very good restaurant! Best breakfast joint I’ve been to within 5 miles of Bridgewater. Has a cozy small breakfast place feel, but is cleanier, brighter and more updated than some of the older restaurants. I.e. If you’ve got an old boob tube tv hanging on the wall, you’re an outdated restaurant.

Daybreak has really good omelettes. They keep the eggs nice and thin and it gives their omelettes their own style. Their homefries are also very good. They get the food out pretty quick, not as quick as Reid’s, but the wait time isn’t bad or anything. The only bad thing about the place is the parking lot is tiny. I’ve had to go somewhere else before due to the lack of parking. Sidenote: They have a thing called a monster burger that I want to try but haven’t yet. When I do I will update my review.

First time here and we got a mix of lunch and breakfast foods. Food: average. I had eggs Benedict & the Hollandaise sauce was average and rather plain. The eggs were great. My friend had the daybreak burger and also rated it average. Service: service was poor. Our food came out one at a time and very spaced out. I would say only 25% of the tables were full at lunch time son needless to say they weren’t busy. Cleanliness: very clean all around but the four of us barely fit into a booth and I only weigh 115 lbs! Overall: none of us left hungry. I probably wouldn’t return.

Their food is good, however they do not have kids menu, so my sons ended up have to order adult portion and of course we have to pay the adult prices for each child, if they have kids menu I will give a 4 starts.

Had a great dining experience at this local family owned restaurant. Highly recommend eating here. The service was good and the burger is well named. How could we not try it? Unique presentation for the burger, fries and fronions(probably remembering the name wrong) but worth ordering them. The salad was also good. I am sure the breakfast is great but I dont think I will be able to resist the burger the next time I go here. Thank you !

Not great. There are a lot better choices around town. The place smells old as soon as you walk in like the carpet has had one too many dishes spilled on it. The coffee was so very weak. I’m not a coffee snob but I’ve had stronger tea. The breakfast was ok and the service was good. Then you see the cook go out front and smoke and huck up a luggi. They always seem busy but our car won’t be in their lot any time soon.

My Boyfriend and I went here yesterday. He insisted going here yesterday when he saw the sign heading to one of his customers house on a Saturday. I’m so glad we did. We were greeted by super friendly staff and told to take our own seats. The restaurant was very clean. We had a very friendly waitress. We ordered up some S’mores shakes and asked if they were really going to taste like S’mores! She said she was the best making shake maker around!!! SHESURELYWAS! They were absolute amazing. My Boyfriend really isn’t a big shake drinker, he just kept going on and on about how this really tasted like a S’mores, He may have to order a second for the road and how if I finish my shake I’m not going to have any of his. I ordered a Portobella Burger and he ordered I think it was called a Daybreak Burger. They were the biggest buyers I have ever seen in my life! They came on these wooden boards with a big steak knife stuck right through them. The presentation was really pretty clever. The fries were in these little mini fryolators! They were awesome! I think I heard my Boyfriend say at least 5 times it was the best burger he’s ever had! Everything was absolutely amazing and we definitely will be going back. The staff came over several times to ask how everything was. and gave us a card that was stamped. You get it stamped 5 times and get a free burger. The burgers are so big we could only eat a ¼ and you were full!!!

My friend Lisa and I decided to start a breakfast club which lasted about a whole week. I decided she needed to get out more instead of spending her hours at home talking the most extreme shit on the internet. Day 1: Daybreak. First off, the dude said they didn’t have ginger ale. Lisa begs to differ. Second, he had a wedgie. I didn’t notice if it was gone by the time we paid up. Food was pretty good. Wish they had some low carb side options. I’d prob go back.

Friendly, quick service, decent coffee in big mugs, a plus in my opinion, ordered steak tips and eggs, both cooked to my directing and very tasty, the toast was lacking, run of the mill bread, good homefries,$ 9.95,my friend ordered the waffle and appeared to enjoy it, our plates were cleaned at the end, big space, able to see into the kitchen, which i like, a tad outdated, but clean. From out of town, and i wish then continued success.

I met family here for a Saturday breakfast after hearing rave reviews on here, however, I attempted to remain impartial. One of the wait staff was good, the other rather blah. At first the atmosphere was nice, however, as the place filled up the voices echoed horribly due to the acoustics and you couldn’t hear anyone at your table. My sister ordered a Greek omelettes, which she couldn’t eat. Noticing the full plate in front of her, one of the managers came over and tried to get feedback and offer to replace it or get something else. She didn’t take him up on it, however, I appreciated the service. I ordered pancakes, homefries, and bacon, which were in good portions and delicious.

I have come to Day Break to have their burger and although it was delicious and I hoped to demolish it, it won the good fight. I ate a little more than half before I got full. It was a classic burger with fronions and everything tasted amazing. Highly recommended burger joint!

The Chef’s Burger. Holy cow man that is one large burger. They call them Monstah Burgers and they are not kidding. When it came out to the table with a side basket of fries some guy walks up to me and says man I need to take a picture of that to send to my girlfriend would you mind. I told him sure but make it quick because I had to sink my teeth into that monsterous burger. I actually had to squish it down and cut it in half to bite into it. I only ate half and took the other half home there was no way I could have gone back to work after eating that whole thing.

I have come back a few times and the breakfasts definitely got better. I also tried their«monstah burgers». They are really good. Allot of flavor and very fresh. They also give big portions. I wish they opened at least 2 nights for dinner.

We three ate there yesterday early afternoon and were happy with the food. The place was a bit run-down looking, and the service could have been better, but we were happy with the food.

I am kinda loving this place. When you first try to park and walk in — you do a double take and almost walk out … but when considering the food/price — you can’t beat this place. I convert into a 90 year old man for breakfast and prefer oatmeal/fruit and cottage cheese … this is probably the only place that has that stuff … so I am sold. I have tried all of them in town — and this one is the best buy.

I have tried a few places around the Bridgewater area lately, and I have to say, Daybreak has caught my favor. The home fries are flavorful(not just fried plain potatoes) and the egg scramble I got was yummy. Fresh and tasty. I got the«Break» with sausage, ham, onions, peppers and cheese with scrambled eggs. It was really good. It was a good sized portion and I had to bring my leftovers home. The service was quick and the restaurant seemed clean. Even though the parking lot was jammed, we had no problem finding a table. It’s much larger than it looks from the outside. I will be going back to the Daybreak again, and I am looking forward to it.
