I’ve been going to Dr. Casey’s office for over 10 years. I started at the Shrewsbury office and now go to the Wachusett office. I’ve never had any problems with the 3 optometrists or the reception. I feel the exams are very thorough.
They also have a good understanding of my insurance (VSP) and helped me make the right decision about buying contacts and glasses in the same year.
I would recommend either of Dr. Casey’s practices.

This was my first and last vist. When I was greeted I was handed the traditional clip board and asked to fill it out. Standard health and insurance questions no biggie. Handed it in and was told the Dr woud be right with me. I was the only one in the waiting room and two office people were chatting up a storm. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I asked «how late is the Dr. running». I was told he was «on time», but I was already past due. At the 45 minute mark I asked if they could check with the Dr on how much longer it would be. The 2 chatters refused to ask. Told them I needed to leave and that I would reschedule. I never called them back. The Dr. could be great, but, I’ll never know.
