Tina is professional yet deals with your needs on a personalized level. She is knowledgable about nutrition and how enzymes are essential for proper function of your organs. She is accommodating and friendly. I have greatly benefitted from massage and supplements.

Odd experience. I was honestly thinking it would be a regular old massage… Nope, crystals and a massage with no pressure. The office was also under construction. Atmosphere was not relaxing at all.

I went to Crystalline/AWAKEN for floatation therapy /a session in the sensory deprivation tank. If you’re not familiar with what that is here is a good article: So first — this business is located in the first floor apartment of a house but it’s very professionally run. The tank is located next to the bathroom where you’ll shower both before and after your float. The owner is very nice and explains the floatation process before you get started. I think the floatation itself varies from person to person but I found it to be incredible. Even days after my float I am still finding myself to be happier and more relaxed than pre-float. I actually woke up the morning after my float and noticed that my shoulders weren’t hurting. Apparently I had been storing a lot of stress in my shoulders and hadn’t even realized it until that point. It’s a hard thing to try to describe and the article does a better job of explaining it that I would. But I definitely recommend a float! The only drawback is that the business is located in Boylston. If it were in the Boston area or accessible on public transportation it’s something I could do much more often.
