The lady with the unibrow was useless, she didn’t give me any information and when u asked to compare protein powders she just handed me the powder behind the counter without asking what my workout goal was. She has no knowledge of supplemented and protein powders. I don’t understand why someone would hire her to work in this store. Worst customer service, I definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again

This was the first time I visited this gnc and the last. When I went to buy my whey I asked if it was on sale and was told no, it’s 99.00 – I have always paid around 50. When I got home I checked online and it was in fact on sale for 53.00. I am returning the product tomorrow and will never visit this gnc again.

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. Today I walked in here for the third time in about four years. I was hoping the same employee would not be there. A covered up woman who knows zero about products or any kind of health or energy related supplements or a fit lifestyle. She never has a clue about any products I come in and ask about and always tells me to buy crap I don’t need or want that has nothing to do with what I came in for!!! She always asks me if I want to lose weight right when I walk in? I am not overweight she is nuts, a real weirdo! Why is she employed there! Is she the owner? She has no business there! She knows zip about products! Seriously annoying. I am never going to this locations again unless I hear there is new ownership!

I hate to agree with the other poster but I had the same experience. If you look on google + review it’s the same thing. This woman is so rude! I tried to overlook it because she’s not outright in-your-face mean… but she ignores everything you ask her. First when I walked in, she was on her cell phone and didn’t get off. Then she tried to sell so many things to me. She rang me up without even asking me. I had placed a bunch of things on the counter to try to ask her to do price checks for me because I wasn’t sure which protein powder I wanted to buy… and she ended up just trying to charge me for everything! She also kept grabbing things off shelves and telling me I needed it. When another customer came in, she was doing the same and proceeded to ignore me while I still had a lot of questions. She doesn’t seem to know much at all about protein powders and a lot of the other products. Just horrible customer service. I hope she can get better or at least hire an employee or two who knows about these things.

I felt cheated! The moment I walked in, the store lady upon learning what I needed picked up these two gigantic bottles of the vitamins I needed and walked me to the counter. I kept repeating I needed smaller bottles but this lady as if she couldn’t understand what i was saying, kept telling me how good these vitamins were, great price and everything else to distract me, but answer my question which i kept repeating — I want smaller bottles. In the meantime I had given her a gift card to check how much amount was left on it and she made a transaction while I was searching for smaller bottles. I pointed out a smaller bottle to her and she said ’ That’s 200mg, you need 100mg’. And then I pointed out a 100mg bottle to her and she says ‘I have done the transaction already’. I said well can you refund? Which she did but she didn’t return my gift card($ 25). I made rest of the payment with credit card. I was so upset and feeling bad that I just couldn’t say anything becuase she was serving other customers and wasn’t listening to me. I walked out of the shop feeling absolutely cheated and dejected.
