What a lavish Mother’s Day brunch. This is definitely a special treat, not a regular go-to dining option since tickets are $ 50 per person and space is difficult to reserve. There are two brunch sessions, one at 10:30am and one at 1:30pm. I came with a large group to the latter. The décor, not the food, deserves first mention – the chefs carved watermelons, honeydew melons, and cantaloupes, into incredibly intricate sculptures that looked like gorgeous flower bouquets. There were also real flowers encapsulated in ice on the different food tables. Food highlights included their potatoes, which are seasoned with herbs and roasted. The smaller pieces of potato were a bit tough, but overall the brunch staple was nice and salty. Their German chocolate cake was extremely rich and sweet, more than satisfying for dessert.
