Debbie and Rich are amazing. If you are going to be in the Cape Cod area, there is no better place to stay. They have so much information about the area, and made the best recommendations for everything we wanted to do. We rented the Treetops Suite, which was like a sanctuary. It was beautiful, clean, and so well planned. Every details was taken care of — and we could not be happier. The breakfasts were delicious, and the conversation flowed so easily. Really kind people run this place, and even though you are paying, you truly feel as though you are staying with your favorite family members or friends — but they are ultra attentive. There is not one single bad thing about this place. The location was quiet, the suite was gorgeous, and the innkeepers were unbelievably accommodating, knowledgeable and kind.
This place should be on your roster of the best in Massachusetts B&Bs — period. FULL STOP.

A cozy B&B located away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are beautiful, the innkeepers are incredibly gracious and the breakfast tops any that I’ve had at a B&B. They actually provide you with a menu of multiple breakfast choices which is then cooked to order. That’s pretty unique. We had a great time chatting with the other guests at breakfast. There are only 4 rooms making for an intimate atmosphere. There are water views but they are limited and the bay is actually a fair distance away. They have multiple bird feeders out back and the local marsh makes what I am certain would be an ornithologist’s dream. This is off on a residential road which adds ascertain amount of charm. You’ll need to drive to the beach and restaurants if that’s what you are looking for.

Amazing service, even more amazing breakfast. The two inkeepers, Rich and Debbie are very gracious and sociable. Rich does the cooking, Debbie makes sure the inn is in the best shape it can be. The inn is in a beautiful area and a very quiet and serene location in Barnstable. Highly recommended!
