Worst customer service. Messed up entire order and then yelled that we needed a receipt to prove it. Came back with receipt and they still did absolutely nothing to accommodate. Understand human error but at least make it right. Never had an experience like this from anywhere else before. The owner should feel ashamed to have employees who have such a lack of customer service dealing with his community.

First off, this place has the best prices on Boar’s Head cold cuts I have ever seen. But that is just the start. Their sandwiches are such a good value it is unbelievable. I do a gaming live stream at a shop across the street from this place. I saw a guy come in with a sandwich that was perhaps the biggest sandwich I have ever seen, and looked like it should be pictured for a menu. $ 6.99 gets you the «Godfather» Hero which comes with about 6 different meats, fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers. I could barely eat half of it. I felt bad having them make it, it takes a while as they have to slice a lot of stuff fresh. Everything in the entire shop is cheap and good quality.
The people that work there are friendly, and it seems like a small local business that has been around for many years. Their party packages and catering is also very cheap. The have a summer special that gives you food, utensils appetizers and everything for 60 people for $ 350. That is under $ 6 to feed people with good stuff. I live quite far away but next time I have another mega party I am certainly going to go with that. Only thing that sucks is they close by 7PM and most of the time I am not there early enough to have one of their delicious heroes.

A great little store in West Babylon that has a nice butcher counter. Manned by a bevy of guys in gold chains, the meat is gorgeous to look at and the prices are incredibly good!
They have a whole line of pre-​made items to heat and eat as well as a load of frozen pastas.
Excellent prices on the cold cuts as well– great place to stock up for your lunch time items.
