TW has the worst customer service ever. Two months ago I cancelled my crappy service and I’m still being billed. Don’t ever sign onto there service as you can never get out and they just keep billing you, acting stupid by saying they have no record of your cancellation. Two separate phone calls, 8 different people, 6 hours on the phone total and still no resolve. The biggest monopolistic joke in the world. You’ve been warned, stay far away!

While not a horrible experience, it reminded me too much of the DMV. Bad layout, unfriendly staff, and smelled like cigarettes & old soup.
