Safelite AutoGlass – West Allis

My car window was broken into last night. Last night I was able to set up an appointment online for today. I even received a confirmation email right away. They were able to replace my window in about an hour and vacuumed out the glass in the car and inside my door. This gave me enough time to find a place for lunch. The tech who did my repair even came out to talk to me. He explained I could not use my replaced side window for 48 hours to get the best results and that he taped the window button to remind me not to use it. We figured out how my window was broken into. And he reported he had noticed an increase in side window break-​ins. The price was the same as the estimate, so no surprises there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I arrived a little late because I’m not familiar with West Allis. The waiting room was clean and nice. My window looks good. We will wait and see how it works in 2 days. :-) I recommend them because you can go online anytime of the day to setup an appointment and get an estimate and their professional customer service.
