STAYAWAY! This place is absolutely unprofessional in every possible way. I had sclerotherapy done, where they infected one of my veins and they would never admit to it but the treatment was just the same for a staph infection. I received oral antibiotics and a cream to put on. They tried to charge me for my follow-up and the charge was removed. Phone calls were never returned. I had to call back and wait for someone to come on the phone. Prescriptions were never called in like they should have been. The office is beautiful but it is a front for the lack of service, experience, and professionalism. Don’t trust a place that has implants on a table, does sclerotherapy AND they are an ENT as well! Jack of all trades and sucky in all of them as well!

I want everyone to know what a huge RIPOFF Dr. Paul DiPasquale is! Do not bother with The Vitale Institute! I went in after having chronic sinusitis to seek help from this physician. I was the 1st appointment that morning & I watch he & his staff goof off for 20 minutes while I sat in the waiting room. When he finally took me back, he sprayed Afrin into my nose, sent me to get a nasal x-ray, them sent me a bill for $ 500. I had a 2nd appointment scheduled with them and they called me to advise they were not prepared & will have to cancel & reschedule. 2 months past, and I never heard from them. I called & spoke to his office manager & explained the entire situation. She agreed to get with the doctor & call me back. She sent me an email advising that she was working on figuring out what went wrong & would get back to me soon. That was 3 months ago! This is the MOSTUNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever seen! The doctor seems too busy flirting with his staff to help out a patient!

After being in a traumatic accident I developed a large infection on my entire thigh. Two liters of fluid were removed from it and eventually it filled back up with scar and fatty tissue. I went to several plastic surgeons in NY and was told there was nothing they could do and my leg would never be the same again. I had liposuction on the affected area and it really didn’t look like anything had been done at all. Finally I started to seek out a reconstructive surgeon and this is when I came across Dr. DiPasquale. He suggested liposuction and a fat transfer and was confident he could make a difference. It’s now been about two months since my surgery and my leg looks like it did before my accident. I never imagined my leg would ever come close to looking like it does now. He beyond exceeded my expectations and I am one happy woman! He and the staff are very kind and happy so it was a pleasure being in the office. I would highly recommend this doctor!
