Stayed here on our way to Mexico and thought the hotel was great – a bit hard to find the entrance using Google Mapes, but follow your eyes and not the GPS. Hotel is located right next to a great restaurant, and the amenities are super family-​friendly: clean pool, free breakfast buffet with ample space, and large rooms. Would definitely consider staying again if traveling through the RGV.

I stayed here for work and the hotel seemed nice overall. It is newer and nicer than some of the local hotels. I, however, found a dead roach in my bathroom, mold on the shower head and I noticed that also the bathroom sink faucet wasn’t clean. When lifting the spout, you notice all the dirt and grime and gunk, and it looked pretty gross.
The upside is they have happy hour at the beginning of the week and the staff is extremely helpful.

This place is clean, the rooms are spacious, and are well designed. This place is way under ranked according to my businesses website that I used to book this hotel and recommend a higher rating than the two stars it was given. I would stay here again if visiting in the future. I would rank 3.5 stars if I could, but would rather give them 4 stars opposed to 3.

Well, not a lot of choices in Weslaco. Decent free breakfast, and the hotel does have a nice «free» beer and wine social hour. A bit out dated for most HIE, but it did it’s job for two days.

Great hotel! Nice new furnishings, micro fridge in room, good thick towels and CLEAN. Bed and pillows were comfortable; area was quiet. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of verity. Everyone who works there was very nice and accommodating. Easy to get to, right off the freeway. Will definitely be back.

Gotta hand it to them, the room was spotless and smelled nice. One surprising thing was the Continental Breakfast. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses and they don’t offer breakfast. The spread was impressive, and affordable for a Memorial Day weekend. Not much around the vicinity except the Premium Outlet Mall and it is about 35mins to Brownsville and much further to S. Padre.
The beds are OK, and no down comforters but it is sufficient. The staff is friendly.
