If you want GREAT customer service, THIS is the place. They price-​matched the tirebuyer quote I had and that saved me $ 100. Tirebuyer was the lowest price I had found for the tires I needed. Sweet!

During the past 10 years I have always bought my tires at Discount Tire.
They have exceptional service and friendly customer service reps. The prices are reasonable and installation is quick and painless.
With different financing options buying tires is available for everyone.
The only negative about this place is the lack of public wifi. Then again I guess you can’t have everything.

Quick, friendly service every time I visit them for any issues. I happen to have the extended warranty for all of my tires and never have issues getting them rotated or fixing any flats. I usually make an appointment online or over the phone and I am seen almost right away.
8÷25÷2014: Visited them again this past weekend with no appointment and was out in less than 20 minutes. Very cool. I just called and asked them if they could take in a tire rotation. Guy told me they weren’t too busy and could take care of it quickly. They definitely did.

Had a blow out on the expressway and was towed in by insurance. On the way, I called in to check on warranty. Upon arrival they had everything ready and I didn’t have to pay anything. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I was very please with the service provided at this location. When you walk into the doors, you are immediately greeted by one of the service guys. When it’s time to discuss business, you are given full attention to your service needs. Once they have completed the work on your tires, you leave with a feeling of satisfaction knowing that you’ll be driving safe on the road.
