I agree with the first reviewer. The carpet installer left my closet doors off and wouldn’t put them back on. Tried to put a cheap metal carpet tack strip to finish off a stair. Called HD and complained, no help. I said «Well I paid $ 37 for the install and got my monies worth», which Melissa’s reply was «yep»

DON’T GET YOUR FLOORING INSTALLED BY HOME DEPOT!!! I am currently at day six of a three day install. The installer showed up unprepared on day one, left early on day two, and wasn’t available on day three. The sub — contractor couldn’t send someone till the weekend but never bothered to tell me when they are showing up. Supposedly, my floor will be finished TEN DAYS after the original install was supposed to be completed.
