Salesmen Paul and Dan were outstanding in helping us define the options that we really needed/wanted. Never any pressure to upgrade. Spending thousands of dollars is stressful, and I can’t say enough about how effective these guys were in helping to sort through the various options that impacted the final price. I am a worrier by nature, yet I haven’t had a moment’s regret for our decision. Lovely place to do business.

$ 13,000 later in less than a year, my car had to be towed this weekend with a brand new engine. 300 miles from the service dept. Called service this morning and was told the main belt that runs the new engine was not part of the new engine. This place has repeatedly tried to take advantage of me knowing I’m on disability. Just because I’m disabled, does not mean that I do not understand the mechanics of a car. The new engine put in December should still be working perfectly, without me being broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I was then told that where I had it towed to was not a Chevrolet dealership and then I would have to have it moved to another city. I’m out in the middle of nowhere. I am on disability, and had to get a hotel room on my disability income. Do not take your automobile to this service station. They still haven’t repaired the exhaust manifold that they cracked when they were pulling out the other engine. As of July 24. They have repaired my exhaust manifold and reimbursed me the cost of hotel room and car repair while stranded. My brakes are still an issue but I will be going to a different dealership in another city to help. I am contacting the Attorney General They made me wait without my car for a week repairing the exhaust they broke last December. A week I was scheduled to move across the mountains.

Failure of Tim Clark and Dirk and Jason in the body shop to complete simple body work on time with minor parts that easily could have been made available early and often. Ran over several days including a weekend causing extended need of rental car use that Cascade should have been providing or paying for.
