We ordered from 3rd Generation for the first time as we were curious but the whole family agrees that we will not be ordering again. Breadsticks were too salty, pizza was bland and tasteless, dessert pizza was mediocre. This wouldn’t be too much of an issue if it didn’t come at a premium price.

So, this was my first trip to the new location on Valley Mall Parkway. My fiancé and I waited in the hallway waiting area for my mothers arrival. During this time I over heard another couple talking about going somewhere else and walking back and forth without being acknowledged by the staff. I didn’t give it to much thought at the time due to the conversation I was having with my partner. Once my mother arrived we all walked in to have the buffet. We walked in to the seating area which is seat yourself. Which I have no problem with. There were three tables occupied along with the bar seats which had two available seats. 6 tables in the front along with the entire back room had been reserved so there was no seating available. We waited patiently for 2 minutes in the dining area while the wait staff looked at and ignored us so we left. Dinner buffet hours start at 5:00 we arrived at 5:15 on a Tuesday. Not a good first impression and we won’t be back. Which is a bummer cause I loved this place growing up.

Been here a handful of times and love it! Went tonight for my wife’s birthday desert and had a great time with friends. Our favorite pizza is the cheeseburger but we came for desert pizza and got chocolate chip and Marion berry. Our friends ordered beers and even a couple of pizzas to take with. Sure it’s a bit more than your run of the mill stuff but seriously you get what you pay for. Add the childhood memories of the original pizza Inn and it’s great stuff… Thanks!

Some of the best pizza in the area. The owner is an awesome guy, always super friendly. The staff remembered me after only being in a few times and not coming in for a while. Great service, and the value is fantastic. The dessert pizza is to die for, one of the main highlights of every visit!

Yummy local pizza. Small dining area, small parking lot. Really personable service. They have a lunch buffet, but we chose to order from the menu and got a special, their name for a combination. The pizza came fast and hot.

Great pizza and awesome service. Had the taco pizza, buffalo chicken pizza and dessert pizza with chocolate and strawberries. All were great as was the house salad. Highly recommended!

Simply The best pizza in Wenatchee! Great service! Excellent quality of food. I have the salad and my own small pizza, my partner had his own small pizza, and we ordered the blueberry dessert pizza! We will be regulars!

So since my first review they have added a buffet at lunch, this review is mostly about that. So first in two visits since our first time the service has improved a lot. In fact, the service has been great. Both times when we have arrived, the pizzas on the buffet have been a little past there prime and both times as soon as we arrived they put up fresh ones. Our drinks were never empty. Heck, they even made my wife a custom dessert pizza. Listening to the owner I really got the feeling that he is putting customer service right up there. Now the pizzas they were better than my last visit. Since we have been back twice now. Still not something I crave but for a quick lunch not bad at all. The Salad Bar is your standard fair but kept up and fresh.

Generous toppings for the costs, delicious and original crust that is light yet crunchy and NOTGREASY! Dessert pizzas are a must! Looks dark from outside but it just has darkly tinted windows.

Not good. Crust needs a lot of work. I think they’re going for a cracker type crust? Sauce had no taste either. The taco pizza was also just plain weird. Nachos on top? Our group of 6 all stopped eating and thought about trying to get our money back.

Four of us, on opening night of football, thought the pizza was missing one key ingredient… flavor. And that’s not the worst part… The owner, Chad, was disrespectful and rude. At first he argued with me when I called about the pizza, «I have to disagree, my pizza is good» Then, when he finally agreed to give me refund and I took the pizza to the store it was worse. He «tossed» a huge bag of what looked like salt and pepper on the counter and said, «see what I mean, I don’t understand». I just looked at him and said, I don’t know what to tell you”. The crust had no flavor and the sauce tasted like he opened a can of cheap tomatoes and threw them on the crust. We will not be back and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.

Yes, dudes and dude-ettes… …major pizza dysfunction here, dudes. I mean, how can you screw up a simple pepperoni pizza? Call it a quirk, but I love my pizzas full with flavor. Besides, wise man say, «Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza.» And speaking of which, I’d like to invite you all in, but do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. As for those willing to ignore me, consider take-out nonetheless, seriously. It’s not paranoia, but with three waitresses in an enclosed area, there’s really not much to do but watch customers eat. Does that answer your question? Wonderful. Well dudes, I’d say that’s pretty much a wrap. Only a turtle would love this place. That, and everyone’s a critic.

I don’t want to sound like a total complainer because I’m usually not at all. In fact I’ve worked years in food service and restaurants so I know how annoying it is, and am always kind to my servers. But there is one thing to be said about how your management and staff choose to deal with obviously unhappy customers, in this case probably just staff. If I’ve ever made a mistake or the kitchen has made a mistake, it’s always been that you try and make it right. The end goal is to bring the customer back, right? I’m giving 3rd Generation 3 stars because after everything was said and done we were impressed with the quality of the food. After they first opened my boyfriend and I went in for dinner and they were slammed. Busy, wall to wall. Totally understandable that we would wait a while for our pizza. In fact the owner even came out from the kitchen and apologized personally to everyone and made small talk with the tables. Very, very nice. Almost –an hour and a half– later our pizza shows up at our table, because our«first» pizza had been made already and was given to another customer. The waitress explained how it must have happened and that they had to make a new one. By that time I was irritated and hungry. I figured that since we waited for so long that they would at least give us some percentage off or something for our wait. No. In fact, the waitress looked put-off and irritated that we would even mention it. They covered our soft drinks, so maybe $ 5 off our $ 45 tab. Again, pizza was good, but come on. Rules of customer service need reminding. I honestly think I would have been okay with the drinks covered had she already taken the liberty of doing it so that we didn’t have to ask, but it was a combination of a lack of forethought and her response.

Great pizza! I’ve only had takeout so I can’t comment on the experience of eating inside, although I will say that the lady behind the counter could have shown better customer service. The crust is very thin, which I what I prefer. Solid pizza sauce and lots of toppings. Be sure and try the dessert pizza too — yummy! Especially the raspberry one.

Left to fend for myself tonight for dinner and thought this would be a good time to try out the new pizza place in town. Went in about 7pm and was greeted promptly. Had a pleasant chat with the owner and staff while looking over the menu. Fairly extensive without being overly complex. I ordered a medium size BBQ chicken pizza and got it brought out in a jiff. Looked delicious and I couldn’t help but sneak a slice on the way home. :-) A cracker crust that isn’t greasy or heavy is the highlight of this restaurant. Plenty of ingredients, fresh and flavorful, complete the pizza. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce, red onions and sauce for good taste without being over powering. The only reason I couldn’t give it five stars was the chicken had a refigerator/freezer like taste. Maybe my imagination but it is a common experience with chicken at most pizza places. The good thing is it doesn’t affect any other pizzas and although I’m stuffed full I can’t wait to try some of their other selections!
