Wellsboro Inn On the Green

Very modern and open-​space yet extremely «home“type atmosphere. Most reasonably priced and comfortable B&B in Wellsboro. Staff is fantastic. TONS of restaurants & bars only a block away. This place is gorgeous.

We stayed at The Wellsboro Inn on the Green this past weekend for the STPR (Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally). It’s a small bed & breakfast house with 2 rooms in the main house (Blynken & Lynken) and the one-​car garage was renovated into a third room (Nod). We stayed in Nod, which was super cute! All the rooms were the same price, so we opted for the one that had the most privacy. You still have access to the main house for breakfast, but Nod has a small kitchen with sink, microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker as well. Nod also has a small table with two chairs, an LCD TV w/​movies, fireplace & robes. Ohh and free Wifi! The bathroom also included in the Nod was perfect size with a stand-​up shower. The house was under remodeling while we were there, so we didn’t get to see the full picture of the property the way it should be, but we were pretty busy so it didn’t bother us. But I’m sure it will look great when its finished. We did not get to try out the breakfast made by the owners since we had such a busy Rally schedule, but they did provide us with $ 10 gift certificates to The Native Bagel (yummy place) to get breakfast on the run each day. We also got engaged while staying here, so this place is a little extra special for us. We would stay here in the future and will most likely return.
