If you like fresh tex-mex, I believe Tito’s(just across from the Polo Club) is the best in Wellington. It’s setup similar to Chipotle, yet the quality of ingredients are something you’d find prepared by a chef than in a casual-dine restaurant. They serve Burritos, Tacos and Bowls. Proteins include a Chile Chicken, Steak($ 1 up-charge), Barbacoa, Pork, Ground Beef, and occasionally Chorizo Sausage. There is one issue. Tito’s is new and things appear to be in-flux. The quality and selection have gone down-hill since they initially opened. This is the reason I’ve deducted a single star. First the Pro’s: * The proteins are very good. Not your typical«causal dine» fare. * Salsa & Ingredients are fresh, very good. They have a Pineapple Pico De Gallo that is very unique. * Excellent Guacamole, very fresh. * Huge outdoor seating area. Some Con’s: * Service(the burrito assembly line) is not great. Can be hit-or-miss. To be safe, be very clear in explaining your preferences(eg «strain the beans» to avoid a soupy burrito, etc) * They have removed several items from their menu recently. My preferred protein(Cilantro Chicken) was removed from the menu and I can’t eat the alternative chicken because it’s loaded with so much garlic. * Chips are not included($ 1.50 extra). * They close at 7pm(seven days a week). * A little more expensive than some casual-dine options. About $ 9 for most entrees(Burrito, Bowl, Tacos), $ 10 for steak. I feel the added quality is well worth the price, however. In summary: If you’re in the area and you like Tex Mex, I highly recommend trying Tito’s. On the other hand, their menu is in-flux and things are not quite as good as they once were. Perhaps if business picks up, they’ll restore some of their original menu.

I came here on a saturday at around 530pm. It was fairly empty but it was a nice atmosphere. Out side seating, music playing, and friendly staff. The one guy behind the counter was helpful with the menu, as it was my first time here. I has some soft tacos which were very tasty. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

What a treasure! Stopped for a quick lunch after spending the morning at Tiger Shark Cove and we couldn’t have been happier with our lunch. Friendly staff, fresh food, great options and a fantastic kids portion. The steak, ground beef and al pastor tacos were delicious, the Guac and salsa were perfect and the ice cold beer a great touch. YUM!

Similar to Chipotle in flavour. Friendly staff. One of those magic Coke machines with 100 flavours that you never try.

Loved this. The bowl was delicious and the burritos were excellent too. Not happy that they didn’t have everything on the hand written menu on the wall but nonetheless it was still great! Will definitely go back.
