My van had an issue with the starter that left me stranded. Lance was kind enough to come meet me where my vehicle was at, provide a diagnosis and even offered to tow back to his shop. I appreciate his willingness to install parts that I purchase privately. Lance always gives me options for the costs and lets me choose which is a nice contrast to being told. Good service, good shop rates.

Gave them a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. Ordered a custom piece that he said was easy over a week ago. Supposed to be done in 2 – 3 days. Went to check on it and they didn’t even start on it yet. Think I’ll go somewhere else.
