Oh Panera, I used to really like you. Now you blew it! I ordered the soup and salad and it was fine. Unfortunately the staff at this location isn’t.
I simply asked for butter and the 2 girls working made that into a big deal. The first girl asked the second girl to get more, which she replied in a very snide way, «oh look it’s right here» as she realized the container was empty.
Then she goes in the back, comes out to refill the container and trips and spills the butter all over the floor! I waited to see what she was going to do with the butter (the small individually wrapped pats of butter), well she picked them all up off the filthy floor and put them in the larger container on the counter. When I brought this to the attention of the first girl, she simply handed me butter from another area, but they both laughed and decided it was fine to leave the «floor butter» there for other customers.
I will not be visiting that location any time soon !!

I love Panera bread so much but from this location I experienced food poisoning for my first time! I ordered the Caesar salad and the chicken frontega panini. I could not keep anything down the next day! And after that my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well also! But not as bad as my experience. So sad because I love Panera and I am not a fan of chains but Panera has always been my favorite but I will not eat there again.

Overpriced and Annyoing. This place sucks and this location always has syrup-​less or flat soda. I don’t know how Panera breads are still in business. Def my last time going to one.

Ordered pick 2. Salad (good) and chicken frontega sandwich was terrible. I order all the time and cheese not melted, 2 small pieces of chicken, messy. Not a huge surprise considering the three guys preparing the food were joking around, laughing, and even throwing the bread. No utensils given. Apparently they thought this was hilarious and I couldn’t believe no manager to be found. Would never eat here again. Worst panera experience ever. Glad I’m only visiting.

While I am not a big fan of chains, Panera is definitely one of the few I can say I like. The prices are reasonable and the food, although of the simple kind (i.e.: sandwiches) is normally decent, sometimes good.
Sometimes I stop there for a quick breakfast: asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese and coffee. It comes dirt cheap, really.
I don’t care about anything with eggs because like too many places they don’t use real eggs.
All in all, it’s a good place to have in the neighborhood for quick bite.

Normal Panera, overpriced, decent food.
The line wasn’t long, but it took forever to get our three meals. We stood at the back counter because were not given a pager. 2 of our meals came up after around 10 minutes, the third was another 5 minutes, while the first 2 got cooled down.
The restaurant was not clean, many dirty tables and trash on the floor.
My daughter loves Panera so I try to suck it up for her, but I have yet find a Panera that I am impressed with.

Worst Panera ever. Couldn’t process a gift or credit card. Over 20 minutes for a bowl if soup. Drive a little further and get better service.

This location needs updated. The interior restaurant looks okay but the bathrooms need updated. The service was fine. We ordered two bagels. When they arrived the edges were burned black. A restaurant should know what setting to put a bagel on to toast it, not burn it. Overall an okay experience.

I don’t think we’ve ever gotten a 100% correct order here. Today was no exception. The Dr. Pepper in the soda fountain was actually just Pepsi. :(The sandwiches are sorry little things with the bare minimum of meat and toppings. I think I had three pieces of tiny lettuce on my turkey cranberry flatbread sandwich. I had the same sandwich at another Panera location and it was good. This one was pitiful. There’s always some problem and they really just don’t care.
The employees aren’t particularly friendly or attentive and the nearly empty dinner time dining area wasn’t even clean. I want to see this location succeed, but they’ve really got to make some changes.

Reading some of the other reviews makes it interesting and if the regional management of Panera was paying attention they would be fixing the problems. This isn’t a local Mom and Pop, it is a chain that has published processes and a very hierarchical training system. i like Panera and always order the same thing… chicken cob sub feta, side apple and a fountain drink. If you can’t get this right EVERY time, fix the store. So it goes back to management and service when you get a Unilocal review.
My last two visits here have been interesting because of the service. There seem to be a lot of workers wandering around and chatting with those working as well as loud often inappropriate comments as the management stands around doing there thing.
If you run a chain restaurant and you don’t get 4 Unilocal stars you have a problem.

The broccoli cheddar soup is yum. It comes with bread and the service was the usual. We got our food in no time and we sat outside to enjoy the rain.

This Panera location cannot seem to get their stuff together. They have been here for years now and still seem like a new restaurant. Out of my last 3 visits they have run out of what I wanted on 2 occasions. Really, how do you run out of Caesar dressing? Whoever does their ordering should be fired. I walked out without ordering anything because I was so angry.

I love Panera. but not at this location.
We wanted to get a quick bite to eat and found this place near the mall. I think it is fairly new since at this location.
Our order was taken quickly. However, there were several young employees working this night and they seem distracted talking amongst each other. The tables were dirty so we had to clean it ourselves.
They confused our orders. Maybe because they were not paying attention in the first place! But they fixed it right away. The bread did not seem too fresh. So we were not pleased with our sandwiches.

This Panera Bread is great, like all Panera Breads, but compared to the one in Cityplace, I noticed my Chicken Noodle Soup was more pasty and not as smooth. Also, I got a significant lesser amount of bread along with the soup.
However, having only been here once, I cannot say that this was not a lapse from the ordinary, and it was a pleasant experience nonetheless.
