McDonald’s

Went to McDonald’s on SR7 and southern. Ordered 6 quarter pounders with bacon on each. I was charged $ 9.00 for bacon. The receipt says there 3 pieces of bacon on each sandwich. I opened the sandwich before we left and found 1 slice of bacon broke in half in each sandwich. I took them back in and told them I paid $ 9 for 3 pcs of bacon on each sandwich so expect to see them there. The manager there had a fit about it and told me I got what I was suppose to get. I said That’s not what it says on the receipt. So he started SCREAMING and throwing his arms around at me and saying fine. He handed me a box with 2 pcs of bacon. I looked at him and said really! For 6 sandwiches, really! Then he gave me 5 pcs. And said that’s it. I didn’t appreciate being screamed at like that. That manager has a serous problem!

Quick fast food. Taste good too. Just check your order and make sure everything is in there. Other than that if I want something quick I come here.

They are so rude and always get my order wrong. I stopped coming here.

I asked for fresh fries and I received old luke warm ones not good for business. I have kids and they like McDonald’s but I like my food hot and fresh. This McDonald’s sucks.

I know that there are a few good and happy employees at this McDonalds, but 90% of the time the employees are extremely rude. I have one story actually, I went to the drive through and nobody answered or said a word for a good 3 minutes and then I said «Hello?!» And one of the employees responded «Yes!» And then I gave my order and she wouldn’t respond, she wouldn’t tell me the amount it would cost me or to go to the next window or asked if I needed anything else. I know it sounds ridiculous because I should know the total and everything else but the fact that she didn’t even say anything to me pissed me off! And then when I go to get my food she didn’t make eye contact, she seemed dead and dull and just looked miserable, and again that’s the majority of their emoplyees! It’s no wonder why I see the chick fil a next to them with a huge line compared to McDonalds with nobody there! Because Chick fil a has really really great customer service! They seem alive and happy and always has a smile and full of energy! McDonalds employees really needs to learn from them! I know how it is to have a job that pays minimum wage and I know how frustrating people can be sometimes but trust me, you’ll survive, you’re life isn’t going to end so don’t put your anger on somebody else. Besides the employees, the food isn’t what it use to be, it doesn’t even taste like meat. Bring back the Chicken Selects please!

once again for all of my friends and enemies alike i plead to you to do the right thing and save yourself the inevitable enormous frustration you will feel if you ever go inside or to the drive through at the mcdonalds restaurant located on the corner of state road 7 (441) and southern blvd. they are always the biggest bunch of fuck ups in the world!!! you have been warned again.

The worst wait time, That’s with no cars and no one waiting in line inside. Took like 15 minutes just to get a mcchicken sandwich and fries.

Recommend not going here. Cockroach was casually walking on the straws in lobby. Told employee and they did not rush to do anything. Employees did not seem happy. Sad too because they serve some piping hot fries. Go a few miles south to the new location instead. No problems there.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s I have to double check the order. Working at McDonald’s is not rocket science so I don’t understand why they consistently screw up orders.

Poorly run. Poorly trained. Unmotivated people. Dirty restaurant. Vagrants hanging out in front.
It’s a good thing for McD’s that Americans are stupid enough to eat here.

I once had a Big Mac that was good. That was years ago. But occasionally when I am in the mood for one again and a McD’s is nearby I give it another try. And always it is disappointing. Most recently at this location the Big Mac was apparently using 3 day old buns. They were dry and uneatable. I thought of going into the McD’s and asking for a new fresh bunned one, but whats the point. I took two bites then removed the top and bottom buns, took two more and tossed it. Ive given McD’s their last chance at getting anymore of my lunch time business.
