Josh Best Windows & Doors

We had Josh come to our house as one of five places we contacted to give estimates for replacement windows. We thought it was a little odd that he even TOLD US that he isn’t very timely in his work and that that’s the biggest complaint from customers (he referenced Angie’s List), and that should’ve been a red flag for us because 3.5 weeks later, we STILL do not have the estimates for the windows despite multiple emails to Josh asking for the estimates. To one email he replied that he needs an office aide because he can’t get everything done. To the last one (a week ago), he simply didn’t reply. We actually REALLY wanted the windows that Josh sells, but we are going with someone else because Josh has made it clear that he doesn’t want the business, and we’re not willing to risk a job taking weeks or months longer than it should because he isn’t organized. All of the other people gave us precise estimates within 3 days of coming to our house, and not a single one did we have to contact and ask for the estimate. Definite red flag.

Josh installed19 new windows in our home. He also stained the trim to match the existing wood in the house. He is a great guy to work with and very helpful. He ordered the windows, took out the old windows and disposed of them, installed the new windows and the trim. They look great! He also put in new screens. The locks on the windows and hardware that he chose were a great addition to the overall appearance of the house. We would use him again anytime we need windows or doors. His price was the lowest but his work was total quality.
