Boston Market

I had a taste for Boston Market and my daughter wanted macaroni and cheese;. we decided to stop in… upon walking i see several customers waiting on the side… apparently for meatloaf. there was one server and another worker cleaning the ovens in the back. myself plus three others on line. phones ringing non-​stop and more than half of sides empty in display. there was an employee on break and when asked to help he clearly yelled NO with a line of customers… I was taken back but decided to wait and way because we were told sides were on the way out. eight minutes later still no sides. customer behind me asked prior to placing order if there will be sides coming out. the server responded yes and asked to be excused to go to the back to check. that was very kind considering there was a long line. the other person that was cleaning finally came up to the front and helped served but again not all sides were out and we all were becoming frustrated. need less to say after being number 3 in line and 26 minutes later I finally left with food. when i got home i was ready to jump into my half chicken dinner and sides. the mashed was watery along with mac cheese was runny. spinach was ok. needless to say i was highly disappointed:-(Boston Market was my very first job so I know what the food should taste like. I feel like they were not prepared for the friday evening rush and was understaffed. i must say the two ladies tried to accommodate the customers despite the situation.

This Boston Market is very consistent with the quality of their food. The chicken carver combo is pretty good, though the last time they put WAY too much honey mustard on the sandwich. I just started eating their chicken pot pie and it’s very yummy, good comfort food. Their mashed potatoes and cornbread are very good.

I stopped here to get some lunch for my mom and I. The bbq cheddar chicken sliders I had were yummy. She liked her meatloaf with the green beans, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. Boston Market has some awesome cornbread. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I just wish I could have Boston Market every day for lunch minus the pounds that comes along with it.
