Three weeks ago I visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience with a waitress named Carly who was witty, attentive, and made our overall experience more than enjoyable. Sadly we went back earlier this week and was told she was«let go» our service on this visit was mediocre at best. After this experience I realize severs really can make or break your dining experience and this place seems to be going in the wrong direction. We will definitely NOTBEBACK!!!

Good food, great price. Fresh pasta of your choice made how you want. My favorite is cavatelli pasta with Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach and sausage. You can also choose no pasta and have meat and veggies with your sauce. Even a vegetarian could eat here and be pleased. Servers are polite and knowledgable. Kitchen is efficient. Food is fresh fresh. This place get our empty bowl approval.

I go here once a month and I love it. They have so many sauces and toppings it’s great. But I have to say I did have a problem with the gluten free pasta as they put so much pesto it made me sick. So ask for sauce on the side when ordering gluten free. But the staff wow they were amazing not only did the chef come over and apologize and Even after I said I didn’t want another helping so he can make it with less sauce. He went above and behind and made me a to go pasta and it was sooooo much better. And then the owner even came by and check in to make sure everything was ok! This is one of my fav Italian spots and management was amazing!!! Thanks agliolos!

Amazing place! I would recommend it to everyone. It all started with the service. Even the owners are walking around to make sure everyone is happy. You could definitely feel the family atmosphere. Food was the best. Best Italian food I’ve ever had. So happy we live near by!

If you like great Italian food, this is the place for you. I had the chicken parmigiana with pasta. The food was well prepared and was very tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I am looking forward to my next meal here.

Well the service was much much better this time, however the food still leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately this place is not worth the money.

How have I not written a review for Agliolio’s yet?! I freaking love this place!!! Ohh where to begin? Agliolio’s is a great lil family owned Italian restaurant in Wellington(with a second location in Boynton that is just as amazing). To begin, get yourself a nice glass of vino or a handcrafted drink from their extensive liquor bar. They have several appetizers to choose from but my favorite is definitely the mama’s salad. It’s like Bruschetta in a salad with fresh mozzarella, homemade croutons and a delicious balsamic vinegarette. Yumm!!! They have some of the most amazing fresh homemade pasta dishes,(Yes, I said fresh AND homemade!!!) you can create whatever combination you desire. There’s soo many choices, you’re bound to fall in food love with like 4 options! They have quite a few dessert options available, it’s hard to choose! My favorite is the cannoli chips, they’re great to share. Agliolio’s is also a great place for a nice lunch. They have smaller pasta dishes, great panini combos and one of the best lunch specials you’ll find in the area. I haven’t had their pizza yet but it looks and smells amazing. I’d eat here almost every day if I could. It’s SOO delicious!!!

Went on a Saturday night with 5 friends and relatives. We had about a 30 minute wait for a table. The good: We had an excellent, attentive server. The bad: The food. My chicken Marsala was the worse I have ever had. I couldn’t figure out exactly what was wrong with the sauce.(Were they using sweet Marsala rather than dry?) The portion was very small too and the mushrooms were virtually non-existent. I opted for the vegetable medley as a side dish since I had been disappointed in the pasta in the past. The portion was very small; the vegetables chopped so small I could hardly tell what they were and they were overcooked. I tasted the spinach infused pasta that another member of our party ordered. My wife makes homemade pasta; this didn’t taste homemade. Also it was not al dente. Since I don’t like iceberg lettuce, which was in the house salad served family style, I ordered the Caesar salad. They charge $ 3 extra for this which is ridiculous considering that the entrée cost $ 17 and consisted of a single, small, thin piece of chicken. I was going to order wine, but it was grossly overpriced, even by restaurant standards, by both the glass and bottle. Finally, the restaurant is incredibly noisy, more like crowded bar. Don’t understand why this place is so popular, other than there are so few alternatives in Wellington that are not Italian chain restaurants.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Wellington. Nice modern décor. Family friendly but has a nice bar. I like that the table gets a big bowl of salad with veggies and the house dressing. Everything is fresh and the service is always attentive and friendly. The pasta is always enough for 2 days. This is a good place to take company but isn’t pretentious Good size personal pizza

Agliolio is one of many, too many restaurants in Palm Beach County that count themselves as «Italian» restaurants, but really of Italian have pretty much nothing. I see in the reviews that they are doing fine but that’s because most of people here have no idea of Italian cuisine. Move Agliolio to Miami and they might close in 6 months. Move it to Chicago and I give them 1 month. Now, the place is not bad. But like in everything else it’s about having the right expectations. If you are an Italian transplant or somebody who travelled in the USA and Europe and know about Italian food, it fairs poorly. However it’s not right to hammer it, because it would be wrong to expect Risotto Zafferano and a real Spaghetti alla Amatricana. When you think Agliolio you have to consider it part of the same category as Olive Gardens, Carabba’s, Romano’s etc… These are American restaurants that offers American food«inspired» by some Italian dishes; it’s pretty much your typical italo-american fare. So, please, Unilocalers, rate it as high as you like it, but don’t use comments such: great Italian food, great Italian restaurant. There is nothing Italian in building your own(precooked) pasta, and a good sign to detect a fake Italian restaurant is the presence in the menu of a bunch of «Marsala, Francese, Piccata, Fra Diavolo» etc… That said, in its italo-american category it’s a decent place in West Palm(okay, officially it’s Wellington), at least prices are reasonable. The huge portions I guess are a good thing in America but again, nothing to do with Italian food. I’ll give it 3 stars because they do a decent job in what they want to offer. Just let’s please not call this an Italian restaurant. I am not going to rate the dishes, I had a few, they are okay, but again, I am Italian so you’d never see me jumping of joy after eating some Marsala or Piccata thing. It’s okay, and again, if you are looking for italo-american food that’s not expensive and with big portions, this is a good place to go.

Pretty awesome Italian place in Wellington. For a Tuesday night. Pretty shocked how packed it was! Which means one thing. It’s pretty tasty! We only waited about 15 minutes for a table for 3. I ordered the special which was the scallop & shrimp skewer and the linguini pasta with pesto sauce. Both were absolutely delicious! It also came w a house salad! The service was great and the prices are very reasonable! Looking for a causal Italian place in Wellington. Check this place out!

Living around the corner for almost 18 months now, we have always avoided this place because of my aversion to the large mural on the northern face of the building showing two 20’ish«girls» enjoying cocktails… made me have a preconceived notion of what was to be found inside. But having finally just had dinner there(literally 30 minutes ago) all I can say is, I’M ANIDIOT! Yeah, I still think that they need to change that window cling, but«avoidance» will no longer be on our«menu». I cannot begin to tell you how enjoyable the experience was from beginning to end. Our server Jennifer was on point, and we immediately became aware of how well orchastrated the staff were with each others’ actions and their own respective responsibilities. It was like watching a full ballroom dance floor; tons of graceful movement without a signal misstep. The calamari appetizer was was light and perfectly crispy. My wife had cavatelli in a pink sauce, my daughter had penne with marinara and meatballs, and I had a breaded chicken cutlet w/penne in a vodka sauce, awesome. My wife, raised in a 100% third-generation Italian-American family, took one bite of my cutlet and said, «Wow, that’s almost as good as my Grandmother’s»… ’nuff said. And dessert, two words, CHOCOLATELASAGNA. I know, it seems so kitsch, absolutely silly almost, but irresistible. Chocolate pasta sheets layered with chocolate mascarpone with chocolate ganache… damn, we should have ordered a second one to take home! This is clearly our new favorite place. My Father-in-law will be staying over next week, and I am taking his pasta-loving ass to Agliolio!

This was a really good, tasty place to dine. Not the quietest but since it’s popular, not surprised. The portions are generous. I didn’t even count on getting a tasty salad and hot buttered bread so that was an unexpected treat. What really made this restaurant standout was Jennifer. She was a great waitress. As I wrote on her receipt, jennifer rocks! Make sure you ask for her if you go to this restaurant.

I kind of feel like I need to start off by saying I’m generally not a fan of Italian Food. It was however, my daughter’s birthday today, and her choice was«someplace with really good pasta.» I did my research asking for recommendations on facebook! Agliolio’s in Wellington came up a few times, so I decided to check it out on Unilocal and read a few reviews. We quickly decided that we should give it a try. We were initially impressed by the ambiance. The 20 minute wait for a table was a great sign, especially when every other restaurant around had plenty of room for immediate seating.(Waiting for a table on a dead night is usually a good sign) The service was fantastic. Our waiter was busy, yet attentive, engaging, and right there when we needed anything at all. We began with a Caprese appetizer, fried mozzeralla and house salad. For our main course we had the Baked Ziti, Chicken Parm, Chicken Cutlets, Chicken Saltimbocca. Right from the moment they brought the very first appetizer to the table, we were thoroughly impressed. All the food was prepared perfectly. We all sampled each others dishes. My favorite was definitely the Chicken Cutlets, but everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend Agliolio’s to anyone looking for a great, reasonably priced Italian meal.
