I came to Laura Kimberly’s office with a groupon for a facial. After meeting her and the staff I was interested in other services they provided including botox and collagen induction therapy. I am VERY pleased with the results so far and excited to continue with the treatment series. The staff is always friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable. This is much more affordable than my dermatologist who I have used in the past and I believe I am getting better results with these treatments. Laura and Deborah have been excellent. They are professional, informative, friendly and honest. Great service, price and results!

I bought a living social for eyelash extensions and spent 2.5 hours here. They are supposed to be permanent for at least 3 weeks, several started falling out the next day and the following and they are uneven now. I have called 4 times and got to answer and left 3 messages and still haven’t heard back! Help!

I recently bought a Living Social deal for eyelash extensions and was able to use it last night and I am SO HAPPY with the results. I had Felicia and she was gentle and quick — I was in there for a little under 2 hours for a full set of individuals. This is my first time trying eyelash extensions so I was a little apprehensive but I love them and can’t wait to see how they come out in photographs. I will definitely be going back!

My mom and I each purchased a Groupon from Suite 10 for a facial, and we had a really great experience here. They were able to accomodate back-​to-​back appointments for us so that we could make the visit together, which was appreciated. One of Laura’s aestheticians gave us our facials, and I was really happy with her work. I complained about some persistant whiteheads, so she added a glycolic peel at no charge and steamed my face twice to really attack the problem area. Parking was a bit tricky, with the very few spots in front of the office taken, but there was some visitor parking around the building in the back, so we managed a legal spot. They’re right downtown, too, not far from the other shops and Whole Foods, so if you found yourself in the area, I would highly recommend them for a spa day.

I was super excited to get my facial on my day off, and couldn’t have been more disappointed. When I got to the sketchy parking lot that was Suite 10 and found the office building, the place was closed. I called and could hear the phone ringing, along with other people calling the place as well. Pretty disappointing to make appointments with clients and then pull a no-​show. It was an awful way to start my day off, but I went to another spa and got a fantastic facial from someone that was able to manage their appointments!

I find that Laura Kimberley, RN, the owner of this business, is super professional as well as low-​key and pleasant. But more importantly, in the end, what matters most to me are results: she did an amazing job! She has a gentle touch, she’s artful in what she does, and she is frank about what results are reasonable to expect. Her space is small and in an odd little building in Wellesley, right off route 16. Don’t be put off by the industrial park space — her service is what counts, her space is clean and cozy. What earns Suite 10 5 stars from me is Laura’s artfulness and eye — she really is both well educated and talented. She revised a scar on my face from prior skin cancer surgery that has been there about 6 years. I’ve had laser treatment, a surgical revision, microdermabrasion — nothing really helped. In about 30 seconds, she has it nearly invisible. To say nothing of the hollows under my eyes (which are no more). I’m a tough judge of businesses, especially medical ones. And I’ll surely be back.

I went to the company’s website and saw that Laura is an RN and her office offers a variety of services that I was looking for. I had gone to about 3 other «MedSpa’s» and Dermatology Offices prior to visiting Suite 10. Laura is not only hysterical and beautiful, she also took the time to explain to me how I could improve my skin and stay looking youthful — without trying to sell me ANY products! I had additional services done that day based on her experience, excellent customer service and great prices. One service I am looking forward to her office offering is Laser Hair Removal (Fall 2014). I made an appointment for a facial next month with Sherri (who was there and also extremely nice). If your looking for an office that «does it all» this is the place to go!
