Charming home town location. Very friendly service. Lots of local folks. Definitely off the main stream. The downtown area is sparse with many vacant retail stores. This is a stand alone cinder block building. Dining area about 22×24. 10 to 12 tables. Clean and basic.
Very much like eating at a friends house. I would stop in again.

Like Zurley V, I had been driving up I-​95 and stopped for some food. I ordered the turkey melt and that was by far the most delicious turkey sandwich I had ever tasted. They used yellow and zucchini squash which suited the sandwich perfectly. My only regret is that i don’t live anywhere near here and won’t be able to return any time soon. I second it: totally worth the 10-​minutr detour.

Absolutely delicious lunch spot! We’re from Miami driving up the 95 and looked it up. Totally worth the 10 min detour. Best turkey burger and blackened fish sandwich I’ve tried as of yet. Sweet potato cake! Mmmm. Thank you for the hospitality and the excellent road eats.

We are a group of 8 women from Ohio who stopped for lunch on a whim. Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality — felt like we were in a gourmet restaurant. Service was excellent with a warm and kind atmosphere. Jerry, the proprietor, came out after we were finished eating to see if we enjoyed our lunch. He was very personable and friendly. We will definitely be back during our next trip to Lake Gaston. We all highly recommend Jermonico’s!

This was place really is amazing — the food is excellent (blackened tilapia is perfect, desserts are delicious) and it’s got big plans to bring healthy, quality, and local food to the area. Plus, check out the student artwork from local elementary students!

Great restaurant! Amazing food! Great prices. This was my first time visiting Jermonico’s, I will definitely be back. I had the blackened tilapia and it was amazing, I was not expecting the excellent quality that I was served! I had heard about it from my family and some other friends, but it was a definite good surprise. More people should try it out! It is only open for lunch right now, so make some plans to get over there and give it a try!
