Don’t move here. Awful management and ridiculous fees. The front desk are amazing (they don’t work for the building), but it’s they are the only good thing about living here. Save your money and find someplace else to live. We will be. All of our appliances broke and that’s just the smallest issue in a list of many — we’ve been here less than a year. Walk away or you will regret living here.

Great concept, poor execution. Hopefully they’ll get it together here, but I won’t be around to see. All that glitters isn’t gold. I saw a ROACH in the hallway!!! It couldn’t have been alone, or just enjoying a day of Riverparc’s amenities either!

Avoid this place. Building: Extremely noisy, poor construction quality and full of hidden fees. Management is totally incompetent and they will make every possible effort to give you a hard time.
Apartments with cheap appliances that frequently break. Absolutely nothing nearby of interest that you can easily walk to.

I had a very disappointed visits today. The sales representative was so unprofessional and didnt do their work before your visit.
