These apartments are way over priced for their condition size and security. We all pay $ 900+ to live in a gated community and it isn’t even gated. My neighbors stairs were falling apart as she’s called management MULTIPLE times to fix the problem. They kept saying they would fix it and never showed up so I decided to post a video of the horrible condition of the stairs on Facebook and explain liability issues. They fixed it ASAP and I’m talking next open office day… its sad you have to give them bad publicity just to get them to fix safety issues! Ridiculous. Also I had suspicions of mold and instead of comforting the problem and offering to check it out(like they’re supposed to do) they basically ridiculed me and got defensive before even looking at my apartment. What if I do have harmful mold? I’m not sure if I do or don’t have DANGEROUS molds because they told me it would cost $ 1,000 to test it and if it doesn’t have any mold I would have to cover the costs… no thanks. I don’t think that’s what Texas law OR my lease says. As a complex it’s managements responsibility to check up on possible health/liability issues and make sure everything is fine or atleast look at the unit before getting so defensive and rude. It’s also their responsibility to have a certified inspector to come out with suspicions. I cough up blood on a regular basis… throw up black debris almost every morning and have developed severe respiratory problems since I moved here so I’m pretty sure there’s SOMETHING in this place. Besides that these are just generally over priced with no benefits. Maintenance is slow… property isn’t kept up… most of management is very difficult and defensive. I also know many of my neighbors have problems with raccoons in their walls and dead raccoon carcasses… honestly you’re better off getting a privately owned condo… Self owned keep up with their property more and are cheaper/bigger.

Glad I decided not to live here. The office staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. They were rushing me out the door every time I came in. I put money down on an apartment that they later told me WASNT available. Then when I went to get my money back she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. Don’t they realize that they have to be nice? Guess not. Not one of them was alittle decent.

No one ever live here. I’m currently in the beginning of my second year, and the access gates have worked maybe a total of 3 weeks in all that time. In the summer, the 2nd pool was out of commission the whole summer. The fitness area is much nicer and just now open, but was unusable for almost a year. Maintenance is actually really quick with my apt repairs. Management is the problem. Today the manager told me if I had a problem with(gate continually being broke, parking lot lamps being out, unused cars being parked for over a month) the way things are, I should get a house. Literally said that me. So bottom line, they don’t care. And if you care enough to mention it, after all the excuses, the bottom line is that they talk to you like trash. I’ve asked everyone in that office to clean up construction debris from about a year ago about twice(Sheetrock, nails, screws), but it’s all still there. Frustrating for someone who has always taken pride wherever I live.

I would like to say that the front office staff member Erica was really a pleasure to work with. She did go above and beyond expectations to help residents resolve apartment issues. There is a newly hired staff member as well(not sure of her name) but she was helpful and respectful as well.

I’ve been here for 2 and a half years and I’ve had some good experiences, but overall, I’ve been pretty unhappy. First off, they NEVER answer their phones. If I need to call, I have to try for several hours before I get a person. Every time I’ve left a message, I get no response. The office staff are nice enough, but not very good at follow through. You also need to make sure they have your complaints/requests well documented because a few issues I had were never entered into the system and they are likely to burn me in the end instead of the complex, even though I did what was expected of me by reporting these issues in the first place. If they don’t document it properly, it didn’t happen in their eyes, so you have to be very clear with them on this. They’ve been renovating since last summer and even though I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done, it’s taking forever and a lot of things have not been addressed that would have taken a day. Example — they removed my building’s doorbells to paint. That was over 6 months ago. I still don’t have a doorbell, just ugly wires sticking out from my wall. They also spent time and money on unneccessary fix ups, like the speed bumps at the gates — if the gates worked, folks would have to stop completely to wait for the gate to open or close anyway. I know that a lot of the renovation issues are due to contractors and sub-contractors, but they really need to quit passing the blame and take more ownership over their property and tenants instead of saying it’s out of their control. They have a nice concept but they really need to get it together before this will be a desireable place to live. It’s been more of a headache than anything.

I really love it here. I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life. But this place is my favorite! I moved into this complex approximately 1 month ago. I cannot say enough good about the staff. They have worked with me in every way possible. I had a maintenance request and they were on it immediately. They are very understanding and deal with me personally and not as a number. The grounds are beautiful and I absolutely love my apartment. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My daughter moved in the complex 2 week ago as well and also loves it
