Maiden Nails

Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a pedicure with a friend. The place was packed but they were able to fit the two of us in right away. We picked a color and were directed to wait in two pedicure chairs next to each other.
Chairs were working correctly, staff was pleasant-​enough, and overall a good pedicure.
Four stars because they had a small collection of nail polish. I wish they had more color options.

Yuck! Went to get a quick repair. Couldn’t do it. Says walk-​ins welcome but way too busy. Looks very unsanitary and no ventilation or air conditioning! Dirty

Worst experience ever. First we had our feet soaking for 30 min I had to take my feet out they were so pruned and sore. Once being helped I now am going to have hang nails on at least half my toes and both my big toes are killing me. He cut so deep in the corner of my toe. Then he was trying to get the stuff out of the corner of my toe and proceeded to jam it farther down in rather that scoop it out from the bottom. He asked if I wanted a razor on my feet which I’m pretty sure is illegal. No i don’t. Razors make your feet even worse than when you started. After he was done cutting my cuticles and everything my toes stung when I put them in the water he nipped off so much of my live skin. Not to mention all the talking about us in their language. When he was scrubbing my foot he kept kitting my leg with it and that hurts! Then after the massage they tap your legs it’s supposed to get the circulation and blood flowing and I think I will have a couple bruises it. I’m crossing my fingers nothing gets infected. I’m very unhappy with this trip here.

Came here for a gel manicure. To remove the old gel they use the Dremel file to take off the top layer, they say it won’t reach down to the nail but I don’t really agree with this technique. After that they soak and then use the metal cuticle pusher to scrape it off. The woman doing my manicure answered her cell phone while working on my nails. And worst of all the file that the woman was using already had nail dust on it before she started with me. I wouldn’t go back.

We went on a Sunday with no appointment. We were quickly helped and they did a great job!
