This is my second time this year and it is my last. I got the orange carrot juice and it taste like water. It was vey busy so I figured people still like this place for a good reason to pay 10.99 for two drinks. The other drink we got the apples and greens is still seating in my car :(I felt is like money wasted I also did not want to go back and ask for a refund because the kids were so busy. Not going there ever.

I still love their drinks but once again I came in and experienced very unprofessional behavior. Three employees were working while two friends or off duty coworkers stood nearby to visit on a Friday night. I was quickly greeted and my drink came out fast, but they talked loudly the entire time with their friends about how horrible the other employees were. Apparently someone who works there never makes drinks for anyone he doesn’t checkout at register and leaves them all to work harder while someone named Timmy is super helpful and always helps them when they are busy. They continued the conversation. As I left and someone else came in. They were way more invested in the conversation than my experience. I’m not sure why they have so many issues with their employees’ attitudes. Make great drinks though!

This used to be be a regular stop for me. The crew that was here when I first started coming was fast and friendly. The crews now are nothing less than disappointing. I understand things get busy, but pick up the pace! I’m standing here watching them walk around at a snail’s pace while more and more customers pile up. No urgency to get a customer served and on their way. Absolutely crazy.

This place makes a solid smoothie for $ 5. It’s not cheap, but how can you expect them to really sell it for less? I generally go in mid-afternoon and never have to wait more than 5 minutes — great option when you don’t have time to grab a proper lunch.

We all know JJ is overpriced but sometimes you just don’t want to buy all the ingredients yourself to make a smoothie at home, ‘amirite? I like the variety of options they have, especially considering I’m lactose intolerant and most smoothies include yogurt these days. They also now have almond milk smoothies so I’m a happy customer. This location is fairly convenient and has JJ only parking spots if you’re going in and out. There’s also a cute little courtyard next door. 4 stars for great flavors and options at a steep price

Wife and I showed up at 9:35 on a Friday night. Their sign said they close at 10PM. We were met with by a young teenage looking girl with an attitude of «why the hell are you guys coming in when are about to close» kind of look. Seriously? No «Hi, welcome to Jamba Juice» or even a friendly acknowledgement to a guest. Simply walked up to the counter and said«what do you want?» Wife ordered a large orange/carrot juice and I ordered a medium orange dream machine. Considering we were the only two customers inside the establishment, the order literally took 20 minutes to make. Apparently, they had already cleaned up all the equipment, put up the fruit and was pretty much CLOSED when we walked in the door at 9:35PM. Someone from Jamba Juice corporate need to realize you’re losing customers big time here in Texas. Just read your reviews from the past and you’ll see this is an ongoing problem. Keep hiring these young, uncaring and rude workers and it’s no wonder your stores have been closing. Just look at your location in City Center. You’re located next to Chipotle and you still can’t manage to stay open? Not coming back. I’d rather buy a blender and make a smoothie myself at home than to put up with the young girls with attitudes.

Good service and kids love it. You can’t go wrong with either razzmatazz or mango-a-gogo

I went here this morning(Thursday). It was 7:05 a.m. They should have been open for an hour and five minutes according to their sign. And yet everything was locked up tight. No lights. No employees in sight. Two other customers were also there scratching their heads, confused. One guy banged on the door hoping for an answer. Nothing. So we all left.

The staff is young and unprofessional. We weren’t greeted when we arrived — because the girl behind the counter was having a personal conversation with her friend who was visiting the store. They continued chatting while we waited. When she finally acknowledged us and took our orders, another girl working there picked up where Girl #1’s unprofessionalism had left off. She screamed and spoke VERY loudly while she swept the floor. The chaotic experience wasn’t worth the yummy smoothie. Won’t be back to this location. But I wrote a complaint to management and received a quick apologetic response, as well as coupons for free items.

Been here twice. First time the drink was ok. Last time they got my order wrong. I get the same drink every time and they clearly missed at least 2 ingredients. Girls who were making the drink were talking gossip and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. I wish jumba juice hire more mature workers. These high school kids you guys got working most of the time don’t even know how to make a drink without staring at the laminated menu.

A fruit smoothie infused with vitamins and a little caffeine has become my healthier alternative to a midday Starbucks run. So it’s always disappointing when I see them forget to add the energy boosts I order(at least 2 out of every 3 times I remember to pay attention). The employees are courteous despite their lack of training and, like all Jambas, the value is fair. But I try to avoid locations like this where inconsistency is the norm.

I’ve read some of the reviews, and would agree that the service has, at times, been a bit off. Blame the manager and not the store itself. Lately the service has been much better. In fact, I arrived 7 minutes after closing and they still made my smoothie and we’re very happy to do so. 1000x better than any other smoothie in Clear Lake.

This jamba juice is the worst location I’ve ever been to! Either you are ignored when you walk in(because they are too busy talking to care about you), or rushed into ordering and paying(they don’t care about the coupons you receive when you enter your number in their loyalty program system). I won’t be back, I rather make my own smoothies at home or visit another location when in Houston.

This locatoon isnt my favorite. Half the time my order is wrong and the staff is lazy but when I do get my drink I am satisfied. I suggest the pomegranate pick me up but it is no longer on the usual menus so you have to request it.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed … No greeting two employees kept talking to each other while I was trying to order my drink. I had to literally ask for their attention to order my drink. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

I could live off Jamba Juice. They’re always accurate on making my drink orders. Only one bad experience and that was with a worker but I no longer see her working there. The workers are usually always friendly but you rarely see the same face working there for more than a month or so. I love the fresh ingredients and this place is pretty much the only juice place in the area.

I was feeling good this morning to try out new places, so I decided to give Jamba Juice a try. Pros: I really like how this place uses natural ingredients, fresh fruits and veggies, and the fact that you’re drinking something that is healthy for you. I’m no health nut! I like how the cups are made from recycled paper. I am a recycle person! I ordered the Apple and Greens smoothie drink and the taste was unbelievably good and I mean that. It didn’t taste like Bolthouse Green Goodness, it tasted better than that. I could actually taste the veggies like green kale, spirulina, than the fruit. I rather taste the veggies first to know what I am actually tasting since I barely eat salad lol. I’m no rabbit! The layout of this place is bright orange and not neon green, but bright green. It’s pretty cool, and I loved how the wheatgrass was fresh and sitting like a patch of grass. Next time, I shall try that wheatgrass shot. Maybe I could be a cow?! The prices are decent for what you get, you can’t do wrong there. NOGMO’S! For those who worry much about that. Only one con though, I didn’t see any drinks that contained wheatgrass with the fruits and veggies like I hoped. The cashier told me how good wheatgrass was for the body, but I was hoping more options had wheatgrass. I don’t think I would want to drink it straight. She said that it tastes like grass, but sweet grass. I will be back!

This is your typical, run-of-the-mill Jamba Juice, but it’s infinitely better than Smoothie King, so I feel compelled to write a general review. My main gripe about Clear Lake’s Smoothie King is that it feels slightly depressing. The workers there look like ex-gym employees and I have to feign interest in their collection of packaged protein shakes and creatine powders while waiting for a smoothie, since aforementioned ex-gym employee is creepy and I don’t want to make eye contact. I clearly have no interest in bulking up, so it’s just awkward. Jamba uses real fruit instead of syrups like SK. The décor is bright and the ambience has a «healthy lifestyle» vibe to it; one that is less bulky muscle-head, weight lifter-esque, and more active runner/yoga/cyclist type. Bonus points for always smelling lemon-y fresh, too. The drinks are amazing; I always get the Strawberries Wild with the free Daily Vitamin boost. The wheatgrass shots come with an orange wedge, which is a nice way to wash out that grassy flavor. There are three different drink sizes and very reasonable prices for the variety of drinks and snack options they offer. Parking could be better, but I guess that just comes with being in a busy plaza, along with a BWW and Sushi Coast.
