I have been a customer for several years now. The facials and treatments are fantastic. They always have the best products for your skin. The esthetician is so knowledgeable. The owner is great and the staff is friendly. The spa is so relaxing. I always look forward to my visits!

I had to write a review after the one I just read. I have been going there for a long time. I am not a «regular» on a weekly or monthly basis. However, I go on streaks and will book several appointments throughout the fall. I love the staff and the front desk. I love the care they take in reviewing my file. I love that they never EVER push products on me, however my esthetician lets me know what she uses when I comment on smell, feel, etc. If I go to a spa weekend with my husband, I always pass on the facial treatment I could get at a «fancy» place. You cannot beat the treatments for the price. I highly recommend Dermaculture.

i stopped going after an incident where the esthetician started prattling on about her politics. though awkward — and the opposite of relaxing — i spoke my piece in a way that showed i disagreed and tried to steer the conversation to the safe zone, where it should have been all along.
aside from that: she bragged about her training, her credentials and how long she’s been an esthetician (different day), but i found her to be rough and consistently used too much current for electrolysis. now i go to face’s on 518 and am much happier.
i did like the front office and and the selection of products, but not enough to return to purchase them there.
