I scheduled Crossfield to service my furnace. They were friendly when I called and made the appointment. The technician was clean and professional. He told me right up front what he was going to do, how much it was going to cost and gave me additional options without pressuring my to go beyond my means. I will definitely hire them again. I could tell they take their customer service seriously because they left a survey with me when he left and I sent in my feedback.
