Been here a little over a year and can’t wait to move! It was ok at first but then started have Electrical issues, lights in kitchen blowing out then the stove and oven went out and couldn’t cook for 3 days, loud noise all through the night, mold around Windows from cracks and rain getting in!!! The upstairs apartment toilet had broken and flooded my downstairs bathroom and I don’t blame them it wasn’t their fault but when my baseboards and bathroom floor started to bubble up and turn yellow I requested it to be looked at and they came, sprayed something on it and that was it, still looks the same as before! and the ROACHES!!! I am sick of the roaches! Told office numerous times! They claimed they came and sprayed, I still see no difference!!! New staff says they’ll call u back and never do. Hate it here it stresses me out.

We’ve lived at Century for almost a year now, and aside from the minor mishaps, I approve. Neighborhood: quiet, safe, peaceful area. Very family and pet friendly. However, there is a lot of ongoing construction in the surrounding subdivisions, so the roads become loud and chaotic at times. Cleanliness: The complex itself is well-kept, with personal door-to-door trash pick up. When we first moved in, we had roaches(likely remainder from the previous tenant). They went away on their own, and we haven’t had a problem since. Maintanence staff: Helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They have always taken my concerns to heart, and have responded quickly when needed. We’ve had our range of repair problems this year, from broken light bulbs to air conditioning mishaps, and they have always responded within the day. Accommodations: a small gym(with your typical treadmill, elliptical, weights), a business office with a printer, two average sized pools with grills, and small game room with a pool table. The kitchen area is often stocked with snacks, fruit, and pet-treats. A couple of complaints: 1. the gates are extremely frustrating to get in and out of, and are often times broken. 2. there have been a few billing mistakes. Though they were quickly taken care of after the fact, it was still annoying that they occurred to begin with. However, aside from these minor mishaps, I love it here!

Great place to live. Just signed for another year. Always quiet and peaceful. Amenities are nice and complex is close to 45 and surrounding attractions. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the gates break from time to time.

I just renewed my lease, and I already regret it. Edgewater recently switched over to new management, and their billing is consistently wrong. They never want to correct it and just argue with me over it. They also don’t keep accurate billing and payment records so just know you’ll have to keep track of that on your own, and make copies of EVERYTHING. When I moved in 2 years ago my rent was $ 905 for a bedroom — now it is over $ 1000. Absolutely ridiculous. Maintenance doesn’t keep anything up anymore — the gym, the pools, the lawn — trash is all over the place. New neighbors are up making noise at all hours of the night with dogs howling, kids screaming, and loud music. I have had to call the police more than once. The community has gone significantly downhill. Also, the gates ate ALWAYS broken. As much add I hate to move, I will not be renewing my lease again, and I would discourage anyone from moving here.

One star for management. Three stars for the apartment itself. Round it together… We looked around at many places for a new apartment and while Clear Lake area has a lot of great choices, the location of this place was convenient for us. The apartment we chose is nice, a walk-up, decent fixtures, minor problems. The management, however, should be embarrassed. They have no idea what they are doing. ATALL. I could give you at least four different stories detailing their complete incompetency, but it’s not worth my time. They call themselves a business… joke is on them.

WORSTAPT!!! DONOTRENT! Against my better judgment after seeing recent reviews I leased here. HUGE mistake! I haven’t even been here 2 two weeks and my place was burglarized and ransacked. This happened on a Monday. It took property management 4 days to replace my alarm panel. ONLY after I went to the office extremely upset. If I could get out of my lease I would. I do not recommend this place. Besides the first initial call from the property manager, it has been jumping hoops to get in touch with her. I called, left messages, went by the office several times. It’s not until now, because I am sitting here waiting for her to arrive that I MAY get to speak to her. I asked the leasing agents for the Davis Mgmt number or email and was told I could goggle it(mind you they stole my computer) or I would have to get it from the property manager that has not returned my calls.
