After reading all the reviews on Unilocal and other sites, and having previously experienced really long wait times on milkshakes through the drive-thru, we were really leary. This time we had a good experience. Friendly waitress, fairly quick service(milkshakes were out in 15 minutes, food in 25 minutes), food was accurate, fresh and delicious. All this on a busy Saturday night. Hopefully this is the start of a turn-around for this restaurant.

I have been to this location multiple times and besides having to wait on our shakes never had a problem. Tonight changed that. I believe this was the first time this has ever happened to me. We ordered our food and our shakes came out fast, surprised since we usually have to wait. Finally our food arrives and my husbands order is wrong. Our waitress takes it back and in the mean time I’m scrapping the enormous amount of mustard off with a napkin. Waitress takes mine back. Says it will be out soon our order was put ahead of everyone. 25 minutes later the food is brought out and it’s still wrong. We have now been here for almost an hour without any food. Manager is told we have a problem. 15 minutes later my husband says«let’s go» and takes his food to the counter and says here you go, we will eat somewhere else. Manager follows us out and gets my tag number to call the law. My husband returns inside and asks why he took the tag his response was to call the law for leaving without paying. For food we never ate! We were paying and manager was told corporate office would be called since this was not handled appropriately. I was told my food was right and I told him it was wrong since I did not get what I wanted on my burger. Needless to say I will not return ever. Kevin you might have been having a rough night but it should never been taken out on your customers and you should never show body language that says aggressive to a customer. Think about taking a day off.
