I don’t hate Cracker Barrel, but this location has dissapointed me time and time again. We were seated and got to order quickly, however no one got refills on coffees or drinks then when the food came out one entire entrée(along with other people’s sides) were missing, coming out once everyone else was done eating. I love the food which is why this location got a few stars, the muffins are amazing along with the rolls. But I don’t think I’ll be giving this location another chance.

After eating here, we asked the manager if we could fill a plastic jug with water for our dog. He was extremely curt with us, and he refused.

Let me start by saying I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but today’s visit deserves one. I’ve eaten at other Cracker Barrels on a few occasions and have typically had«just okay» experiences, so when we received a gift card I was glad to have a reason to try this one. We left very disappointed and it was entirely due to the service. Our waiter’s name was Josh, I think, it was hard to catch since he only came by twice. He seated us & took our order quickly and disappeared until after we got our food from a gentleman who only spoke to us to ask«which kid got the pancakes?» –_– A «hello» or something would have been nice from this guy. When«Josh?» did come by, my fiancé had been out of his drink for quite a while & needed more butter for his over-cooked pancakes. By the time he came back with those things the kids & I were already done so he dumped the ticket off at the same time. When we checked out we asked the cashier if soft drink refills were supposed to be free(we were charged for two but only had the one, which was refilled) She rudely asked us if we had two or not and begrudgingly took one off when we explained. She then thanked him but ignored the kids & I. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning considering everything about the service today was terrible. To sum it up, the food was good(the only reason for a second star) but after having bad service from literally every employee we encountered, we won’t be back. Not even with a gift card.

Great food, the chicken pot pie special was very yummy. Lunch crowd was pretty heavy but service was great and food came out pretty quickly

I’ve only eaten at a Cracker Barrel once before. It was Thanksgiving 2010 and I barely remember it. I stopped into this location recently with my mom. The environment is nice and rustic. I ordered a burger and was surprised by it. It was actually a pretty good burger. It wouldn’t rank with any of my favorite burgers, but it was still pretty good for coming from a chain comfort-food restaurant. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with onions! I had to ask the waitress for some after the fact! The waitress was nice. The host(elderly man) was very hospitable and engaging. I loved looking at all the merchandise in the gift shop.

Had eaten here several years ago with family and really did not like it. Last year when in Lubbock we tried one, and it was delicious, so we decided to give this one another try. Won’t do it again! There was NO salt/seasoning in the food. The waiter stood over us talking constantly. Another waiter was talking and laughing extremely loudly. The food was not hot… only warm or cool. My fish was food, but my husband said his roast was not. All Cracker Barrels are not created equal!

Good service, good food, biscuits were great, and good times. Will come back to this one.

Food was standard Cracker Barrel but our waiter, Evan, was amazing! Kind, funny, accurate, handsome. If I was 30 years younger, I’d be eating here every night. Seriously though, he was a great help with directions as well as the myriad special requests of my elderly companion. He deserves special recognition.

This place has a good atmosphere but the food just sucks. I’ve been here multiple times and quality is always lacking. This morning we were greeted after about a minute and the waitress was very impatient and wanted my drink and breakfast order instantly. I told her I wasn’t ready and 1.5 minutes later she was back just standing next to me. I rushed to pick something. When it came the bacon was so over cooked that it literally looked like beef jerky. They are also very stingy with the eggs. On top of poor quality it’s expensive. Go somewhere else for good food.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here… especially on a cold day. I love the little country store. The service is usually pretty good. I have also ordered a thanksgiving meal here. the food was fresh and good, however there was not near enough food for the price. The restaurant is always clean and always has a way of putting you in the spirit of all the holidays year round.

Food wasn’t up to par as most CB’s I’ve been to. Service the last time I was there was really good though.

Great food. Great service. Always an awesome time, especially when it gets cold enough for the fireplace go be lit! Shout out to Ben H. for his amazing service, even when things get crowded and crazy!

It was not a great experience as far as food goes. My son ordered«The Old Timer’ his bacon was burned and his scrambled eggs tasted like they had been soaked with old grease, the has browns were burned and very greasy. As for me, I orded the Chicken and Dumlings, come to find out it was the bottom of pan and I was the last one to get any, consequently the serving was small and temperature was luke warm. Now, my wife had the pinto beans and cornbread and it was great. I know we won’t be making a mad dash back to there anytime soon.

While returning my 4 grandchildren to their home in the DFW area, we stopped for supper at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Weatherford. I was paying, after our very nice meal, and inadverently left my billfold on the counter. When, I dropped the kids off, and started the return trip, I realized my billfold was missing. I called the resturant, and was told the billfold had been found and I could stop by to pick it up, however, I was more than an hour away and was told they were closing. I asked for the Mgr., and he graciously said he would wait for me. He did and the billfold was returned intact and he refused a reward, although he had waited way past closing for me. That is now my new favorite place to stop on my way to DFW and it also was good, affordable food for the whole family. God bless you to the manager for being so honest and kind to a happy, but tired, grandma!
