These guys give excellent service. My cousin came into town over the weekend and we called Taylor Ford. They recommended AA because her car was a different make and they were getting ready to close. So we called them and they invited my cousin to come in — on a Saturday. She learned that her radiator needed repair. AA explained everything clearly and showed her what was what. Then, when the radiator repair came in under estimate, they actually reduced the price of the original estimate because the part was cheaper than they had originally thought. My cousin kept going on and on about how well she was treated and how nice everyone was. Who does that?! Incredibly honest, awesome people. We’ll be telling all our friends, starting on social media. :)

Overpriced and dishonest. He also talks badly about his customers to other people. I have heard so many stories from others as well. I wish I would have listened. Make sure you get an itemized list of the costs before you get the work done or you will end up with a bill for $ 260 for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change.
