T-Bowl De Luxe Cleaners

I’ve been coming here for close to five years now and couldn’t be happier. First off, the staff is very friendly. The woman who is there most of the time always remembers me by name (even if I’m not there for a while). Good customer service! They do an excellent job with their work. I have had quite a few things hemmed there and more than quite a share of dry cleaning. I never have any complaints.
There once was an issue with the price of something done. I questioned why it was so much more than anticipated and right away it was corrected. No hassle, no problems.

Last week I wash my husbands shirts (5) and said let me bring them to T-​bowl cleaners. Asked the lady how much to press them, she says lot more money better off wash and press, so I said okay. Today, drop off shirts not washed but said let me ask again, how much to press, again she says lots of money, and I said well how much she goes $ 5.50 per shirt! That is $ 27.50, I said wow!!! Came home and checked with other cleaners in the Wayne area and just to press range was $ 1.50-$ 1.90. So I called Tbowl and told the woman my findings and I will never be back again.

The day before I was leaving for a business trip, I had red wine spilled down by back at a work event. Yes that is right — red wine all over my white and black stripped shirt, black pants, and white and black polka dot sweater. I needed these clothes (well just the pants) for my business trip, so I brought my clothes here at 9:00 AM for same day cleaning. I was a bit nervous that A — they would get the stains out and B — that they would be ready on time. Both worked out perfectly! The clothes were ready by 3:00 PM and they looked like they were brand new. You would have never known that red wine was spilled on me the night before. Awesome. Oh and they are extremely friendly. I will defiantly be bringing all my clothes here from now on!
