Starbucks

I really like this location. Even though it doesn’t have a drive through, and is out of the way I stop there often on the way to work. The place itself is always clean and the employees are friendly. I also like how they rearranged the furniture; it gives it more of always homey feel if you’re going to stay to do some work or hangout with friends.

Great customer service. Even when using the mobile app. (Which I use time to time when I’m at work to «cut the line» 4 – 7 minutes before I arrive) Because this level of service, I happily come here a little too often and yet they’re always attentive and friendly. The store manager (I believe her name is Katherine-​if not I’ll edit on my next visit) is amazing and the team is clearly a well trained balanced group that gives a positive and genuine customer experience based on their different personalities.
Biggest examples are witnessing their employees (several times during December/​holiday season– go figure) deal with a difficult and entitled customers with an impressive amount of patience.
Keep it up guys!

0 STARS!!! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!
I decided to come to this Starbucks in Wanye NJ Route 23 North because i was in the area, I usually go to Garden state plaza mall because I work there. I am a LOYAL customer of Starbucks who uses your app DAILY! I ordered a venti black tea lemonade with no ice as i do everyday. No store has ever given me a problem except this one. She REFUSED to fill my cup to the top because I wasn’t getting ice. Seriously?! When I asked for a manager, she RUDELY told me she was the manager. AS A MANAGER MYSELF, customers should always be treated kindly and left happy! I paid for this size, I should get A FULL CUP OF WHAT I WANT! As I mentioned no other Starbucks has ever given me this ridiculous problem. I will be giving a horrible rating to this Starbucks and will be telling people about my experience. As a loyal customer I should be treated nicely and given respect.

Great Starbucks location. Good amount of seating, friendly, drinks made very well. Conveniently located in a popular strip mall. No complaints at all other than like all Starbucks, they need to keep up the milk/​sugar station so it doesn’t get too messy. All in all, 2^nd best Starbucks in the area. ;-)

Hit this place most mornings before work. Nice wide open floor plan with tables along the edges. Gives a really nice feel.
Staff always goes out of their way to be friendly. Don’t usually stay to drink my coffee, but there are always people sitting around working on their laptops so I assume the environment is good for being productive.

I’m a Starbucks fanatic and I LOVE this location. Very clean when I visit and very nice employees. My orders are never wrong (so far).

It’s Starbucks. I go to a lot of them.
This a very mellow one. Always a seat. My drive by is normally in the mid morning.

This place is all about the Clover Machine, that’s all you need to know!
…I should end my review with that, but I’ll elaborate a bit.
A few months back I noticed that this location had been closed for renovations. At the time I thought, maybe they’re just sprucing the place up to possibly drive more sales or something like that.
The first thing I noticed when I got to the counter is that they were carrying reserve blends. I inquired about the blends and the barista told me if I wanted to try it I could get I a cup freshly made in the Clover Machine. Having heard about the clover machine I was crazy excited try a cup made in it.
Make no mistake, the Clover Machine lives up to its hype. I had the Kona reserve blend and it was probably the best cup of coffee I ever had!

Here’s how the Clover Machine works:
— They freshly ground the coffee and pour it threw the top of the machine.
— Regulated temperature hot water if poured over the fresh grounds.
— It then, vacuums the coffee and pushes it back up causing the coffee to foam and aerate.
— The coffee is then vacuumed back threw the bottom and comes out threw the spout.
**Any coffee the location carries can be made in the Clover.

I think the locations that carry the reserve blends and the Clover have a more thoroughly trained staff, because their knowledge in coffee seemed to be a bit better than other Starbucks locations.
This will be my new destination coffee place!

This is my home Starbucks, so I frequent it very often. I’ve had many interactions with the lovely baristas and 97% of the time they are friendly, efficient & genuinely happy to help. Especially taking into account how busy this place always seems to be no matter what time of day, the staff is smiling. It’s pleasant to be around this kind of energy. My drink is always consistent, and I enjoy dealing with the staff, which I think is mutual. :) I only took away one star, because the cramped parking lot at this joint is annoying. Not the employees’ fault, but be warned the people parking in this lot can get aggressive & crazy at times (specifically during holidays). Lol. Not a big deal, it won’t stop me from frequenting one of my favorite starbs, but just so you know !

This location is nice after you’ve been to the shops around, not too loud and a little roomy. Service was perky and nice too. Got an iced skim latte with 2 sugars and my friend got a venti peach iced tea. Works wonders on a hot day.

They always have a pot of bold coffee ready. Yum!
