Horrible experience avoid this place at all cost. First you walk in and they don’t greet you instead they tell you to sit. The women did my brows in about a minute and missed a bunch of hair. When paying the women kept asking me to get a package after telling her over and over again I was not interested. Then she asked me for a tip. Ive never gone anywhere and been asked for a tip. (I was planning on tipping anyway) well the lady was happy with my tip so her and her friend talked about me in her language. I made it clear I knew she was talking about me and that she was a rude woman!

This place is the worst! The woman that did my brows today was so rude and unprofessional! I am almost 41 years old and I know that people’s skin changes as they age but this woman had the audacity to tell me that she couldn’t believe how loose my skin is! She went on to say that she’s never seen skin as loose as mine! I’d of let it go if she said it 1 time but when she went on and on and on about it I lost my cool! She even cut me with the thread. My eyebrows are still throbbing! As I was paying she actually asked me if I wanted to sign up for a memberships. I laughed at her and said I’m taking me and my loose skin out of there and will be getting waxed from now on. I just checked my receipt and the woman’s name is sukhrani. Stay away from this place!!!

I have been coming here for about 2 years and they never seem to know who I am. Today was the last day of my membership and I paid $ 11 and walked out as she tried to put me back into a membership. Being in retail for 6 years I pride myself on good customer service and regular customers. Unfortunately this place doesn’t seem to understand that. I also witnessed one of the women making fun of a gay boy who came to get his eyebrows done. They were making fun of him in another language with the other co-​workers that was very very very rude!!! I will take my business elsewhere! Never coming here again.

I used to come here often for eyebrow threading, but the last time I came the woman SEVERELY messed up my brow, leaving a hole in the front of one of them. When she showed me afterwards, I questioned her about it and she sat me back and said, «no, that was there».
I (like any woman) am VERY particular about my eyebrows and would have known if it were.
Still had to pay — no discount, no apology. She basically waived me off and invited the next person to sit in the chair.

I came here because my normal place was closed and I was in serious need of getting them done. I came in sat on the waiting booth one of the ladies told me to take a seat so i did the girl walked from the back as though she did not want to work. I told her please do not make them too thin just a shape up she was done in 2 mins the results were not worth $ 11 when she was done she threw a tissue on my chest and showed me my eyebrows with a mini mirror i could of done what she did at home with tweezers. To make my experience just as crappy when i went to the register there was a woman who mentioned something in their language to the woman who did my eyebrows it did not seem professional. Then she ask me for my phone # and info without informing me prior if i wanted to give them the information. Safe to say i will NEVER come here again. Unprofessional, cold and just plain rude.

I gave them one star because I felt obligated. The girl that did my eyebrows left all sorts of stubble. I’m sorry, but if there was «stubble» then that hair should probably be removed. She was done in under two minutes; without even looking I knew it was going to be terrible. She, as I said, left the other pieces of hair all over and made my eyebrows straight across. When she was «finished» I asked her to give me an arch. She asked me if I wanted them «thinner». I replied «no, I would like an arch, my eyebrows are straight». She was clearly confused by this premise. I left without tipping which is something I don’t think I’ve ever done. If you’re looking to have your eyebrows done for Halloween, this is the place for you, if not, find someplace else.

I just got my eyebrows done here and the lady was awful. First off let me say that I am no stranger to eyebrow threading. I have never experienced the thread breaking, bleeding or minuscule baby threading which elongates the process until TODAY.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

One star. Came here in a pinch, as I wasn’t able to go to my usual place. :(When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted but they said «sit» to me. Ohhhh, I didn’t know that I was a dog. Interesting… She pointed to a chair that had her (the worker’s) shopping bags and purse. I wouldn’t sit there, I guess she got the hint because she moved her stuff to a different chair. I sat down and just asked her to clean up my brows. It felt like she was pulling each hair from my eyebrow one by one. It hurt. (For the record… I have a very high pain tolerance. I have a few tattoos and two of them are on my ribs, which did not hurt me. So for me to say that I was in pain, is pretty serious.) Anyway, while she took each hair away one by one, she finished so fast. I don’t know if she even trimmed my brows or not, because after she threaded them she was brushing my eyebrows and placed a tissue over my face on top of my nose and mouth, which startled me. They were all around RUDE there and I wish I didn’t even tip. Lol. I guess that on the plus side, my brows look alright.

I’ve enjoyed getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while. They do a good job — my eyebrows are shapely with a natural arch. Haven’t had a bad experience there.

They messed up my eyebrows. Gave one an arch and rounded the other one. I’ll include a photo above.
Avoid this place, they keep raising their prices and isn’t worth it.
Now I have messed up eyebrows.

I was so disappointed with the result of my eyebrows. Today was the first time I tried this place… I had beautiful thick eyebrows that just needed to be cleaned up. I showed the woman a picture of how I like my eyebrows and she proceeded to thread assuring me she was «cleaning them». The end result was high, skinny, scarse eyebrows that will take me months to grow out and a long time to fill in. When I told her they were not what I wanted she tried to fill them in (sloppily)with a pencil. I continued to tell her how unhappy I was and she told me the way she did them was better than how they were before. I regret not asking her name… But her station is the last one one the left closest to the register. I can’t speak for the other women working there… But this lady was the WORST! She didn’t even say sorry or offer to take a percentage off the price for her error. Now I am faced with either penciling in my brows or cutting bangs to hide this horrible brow job!

This place is horrible! If u want to get your eyebrows done i suggest u go else where where do i start first the employees
Dont speak english and they dont ask how you want your eyebrows ! Then to top it off they give u a dirty look if you dont tip them i recommend who ever go here beware! They make your eyebrows un even idk how there still open I guess cause there are ppl still out there who don’t understand eyebrows
