They showed up late. We paid extra for deep conditioning on the carpets. Every stain is still there… just a bit lighter. There are also additional stains from his shoes as he cleaned the steps. Lastly, the couch is still covered in every stain that was there before he arrived. They took 50% off the bill but we are still paying for nothing actually being done. He left the apartment a mess. There was dirty water everywhere and dirty water poured down our kitchen sink. Lastly, when we called him, he was so rude. I wouldn’t use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend. I gave two stars instead of 1 because after some arguing, they at least lowered the bill by 50%…but it shouldn’t even be 2 stars.
