My wife and I used them to buy replacement rails for my wood fence at the top of my property. They were very professional and had reasonable prices. They also took my old rails away for a small fee. Would definitely consider using them again especially since they are in my town. Thank you for the great service!

WORSTEVER! we had a fence installed by JANFENCE for Home Depot. The post were deceptively pack with sand while only a couple were properly cemented. After a few years the fence was useless. The proof is still there and the fence just flops around. I can pick the entire fence out of the ground. Jem Fence would not send someone to look at it after the warranty was up. Thier workmanship very shoddy. Home Depot installation manager at the North Bergen Home Depot was no better and said there was no copy of the contract they could find and pointed the finger at Jem Fence. I went to customer service and got a copy no problem. Both companies acted poorly.

Jan Fence is the most professional company I have worked with. I used them for a white pvc fence addition to my backyard last summer. Their work is impeccable and commendable. From their office staff to installers, I am impressed and will continue using Jan Fence.

I would not recommend or ever use Jan Fence ever again. The $ 12,000. fence was installed 2 years ago and they did a nice job on the installation with the exception of installing a 7′ gate with a 6′ fence. I spoke to their customer service and the gate was replaced. Last year that gate came off its hinges so I called once again and 8 weeks later they came out and fixed the gate. In the beginning April 2015 my landscaper told me the gate came off the hinge again so I called Jan Fence and was told it would be 3 – 4 weeks. I waited 8 weeks and when I called back I spoke with Tommy and he said they had no record of the call. They made an appointment with Ryan the tech who said he would call when he got to my home between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. I waited until 9:00 and he never called. I called and left him a message without a return call. I called Jan at 9:30 and I was told Ryan was already there and was going to give me an estimate for the repair. Tommy called and said it would be another 2 weeks before the repair could be done. I said it would be 3 months from the initial call and that was not good enough. He told me nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the owner and he was not available. I asked to leave a message and he said ok. I never heard back from the owner. I went to take a look at the fence this past weekend and noticed the gate was installed incorrectly. I took out my socket wrench set and fixed the gate within 5 minutes. I must have called 20 times going back and forth, waited at home for 2 hours, and all I got from Jan Fence was aggravation. Still don’t know why the tech just didn’t spend the 5 minutes and fix it.
